What a lovely days in Tjampuhan! Successful escapade. Even we, Indonesian, who also get used to village atmosphere, still amazed with its serenity, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Definitely recommended to all friends looking for true holidays. With its free-of-charge shuttle to all areas in Ubud, the room rate is worthy at all. Climbing up and down the terrace stairs, we consider it as a good sport after heavy meal and all-day-long rest. Although, the management should consider reasonable price for the spa especially for domestic tourists, for there are many spas around that offer affordable rate.

Great service and friendly staff. Great location overlooking the river with two swimming pools. Close enough to the centre of Ubud if you wanted to walk, but they also provide a free shuttle service which will take you anywhere around town which is handy.
The rooms are a bit old and could do with a makeover but they were very clean. Would stay here again

This hotel is a bit of removal the central Ubud. But they provides a shuttle bus, ppl are very nice, room is clean, quite a romantic hotel.

A wonderful stay, friendly staff, nothing too much trouble, always a smile. Gardens absolutely beautiful a real institution with old fashioned grace and sophistication.

Lovely historic hotel. Individual balinese style rooms with beautiful riverside location. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Conveniently close to centre of Ubud and hotel also provided free transport into Ubud locations and collection (eg from Ubud restaurants) which was appreciated. Good value. Would definitely stay there again.

Management seriously need to buck up and invest on upgrade. Site location and room nothing great. The only plus point is the very hospitable and very professional staff.

Stayed 2 nights during our honeymoon there to experience the Ubud village culture. This hotel is a bit classic. Quite distanced from central Ubud but compenseted by friendly and helpful free shuttle service. Value for money.
Nice room with natural surrounding but beware of mosquitos (its tropical environment). Large room and very warm welcome once you reached there.
Recommended for adventurers and those who love nature.
