A lot of the food in the buffet was too cold. and on the day of our departure we where the first into the breakfast area and the food was very cold and looked like it had been there overnight..
This unfourtunatly spoilt the trip which until then had been great.

Confirm your Accomodation
Very unhappy to arrive at the hotel to find out that the hotel had double booked our room for the second night. We ended up being moved to a different hotel the second night but were given two one hour massages as compensation. Overall great location, close to kuta corner, discovery plaza and waterbom park, all easy walking distances away. Staff were friendly but not very understanding of holiday changes. Small pool so would be better suited to couples only. Great breakfast with plenty of choices even for the fussy traveller.

On the first night i arrived, i was given a pleasant upgrade from the deluxe rooms to the cottage rooms as there were no more rooms for us despite an advanced booking.
However, upon entering the room, the floor was oily and i had lights that were not working. The staff at the resort were quick to rectify the lights but not the problem of the oily floorwhich was only cleaned up during the second day.
The hotel also had a shortage of towels and i had no bath towels for a day despite calling room service many times. The breakfast provided at Gabah restaurant on the other hand, is tasty and has a spread of american and indonesian cusine.
The staff attitude is overall pleasant but more can be done to improve on the management.
The price paid was the actual price shown with no hidden taxes and I will definately book through asiarooms.com again on my next holiday trip!

Bali Holiday
I have good experience with Ramayana, the staffs are very friendly.I was there for 5 days request for a quiet room for my anniversary they upgrade me to a cottage room with a complimentary cake.location is very good there are shops & resturants along & across the streets.Seaside is just 5 mins walk across the road.Room is abit old as floor tiles have chipped holes here and there.Towels are greyish white ..still look clean.Room is spacious so if you can make do with the small little default this is a good place to consider.Rppm rate maybe on the high side as given the location and just 10-15 mins away from airport I feel is value for money. However would like to share abit on my experience with moneychange along the roadside opp of hardrock starbucks. They sell clothes outside and moneychanger inside so when we went in to change they lay stack of Rp 20k on the table insist they do not have big notes. They try to divert your attention and counting again and again & we caught him sweeping some notes under table when he try to handover them to us.

Nice place for honeymooners!
Like the exterior and settings. Gives you very soothing and relaxing feeling of the place. Nice ambience for honeymooners. The only bad thing is the traffic noise from outside when you have ur breakfast..

Ramayana the Great
My stay at Ramayana was great, greeted by warm and freindly staff who's amazing smiles never wavered. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart and I have no hesitation to refer them to others in the future.
The hotel is first class and the Executive Deluxe Room I had was plush and very well appointed.
Yours Sincerely,
Colin Ferraloro

Stay at Ramayana Resort & Spa, Bali
- all in all the accomodation is ok, but there are some negative issues to mention:
a) very poor exchange rate used by calculation teh exact amount for the room (payment was made by cedit card but in Indonesian Rubien)
b) in case of sleeping a little bit longer, don't expect to get you room cleaned for that day

October Holiday
Arrived at 3.30am due to plane delay and was welcomed with a friendly smile, cold drink and an upgrade on our room... yippee.... with the upgrade room was good value for money. Breakfast included was amazing, the restaurant food was fantastic and staff were friendly. The spa was expensive as most "resort" spas are although fantastic masssage and facial. Resort was quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable.... A nice place to relax and have fun.

Our stay
The hotel rooms were quite nice but the pool was too deep, you can't stand anywhere in it. The breakfast staff seemed to be disorganised and it was very hard to get service.
