Cleanliness of accommodation
Generally the cleanliness of accommodation was ok, except the plastic seat of the toilette in my room. The seat look very dirty, blotchy, and dappled. It tried to clean it, but without any success. For a four star hotel an absolute NO GO.
Best view in Kintamani
No doubt this hotel has the best view of Mount Batur & it's lake, too bad Mount Agung is just too far to the east to be in 'THE picture-perfect postcard view of central Bali'....
Only stayed for one day, not enough to give a full review, facilities can be improved, standard rooms should have tv, instead of having to ask for one(free of course). The toilet & hot water facility also have room for improvement. Other than that, it's a thumbs- up from me

Second stay just as good as the First
For being in the heart of Kuta...you could sit by the Pool and think you were miles from anywhere! Food and staff were excellent.....we enjoyed our stay immensely!
Best Hotel Ever
Staff were amazing. Food was great, Service was excellent - atmosphere in the hotel was enjoyable. Rooms Modern, and clean - VERY CLEAN! Housekeeping every day, was nice to get into clean sheets every night. Overall a very good stay, throughly enjoyed it.
Luxury & Location
One of our favourite resorts in Kuta, so close to all of the action - easily able to walk to shops/malls, the major Kuta clubs, the best restarants at your doorstep & the beach is very close also. The resort is beautiful and offers a range of facilities and services. Was a perfect place for a romantic escape.
A lot of the food in the buffet was too cold. and on the day of our departure we where the first into the breakfast area and the food was very cold and looked like it had been there overnight..

Confirm your Accomodation
Very unhappy to arrive at the hotel to find out that the hotel had double booked our room for the second night. We ended up being moved to a different hotel the second night but were given two one hour massages as compensation. Overall great location, close to kuta corner, discovery plaza and waterbom park, all easy walking distances away.
Staff were friendly but not very understanding of holiday changes. Small pool so would be better suited to couples only. Great breakfast with plenty of choices even for the fussy traveller.
On the first night i arrived, i was given a pleasant upgrade from the deluxe rooms to the cottage rooms as there were no more rooms for us despite an advanced booking.
However, upon entering the room, the floor was oily and i had lights that were not working.The staff at the resort were quick to rectify the lights but not the problem of the oily floorwhich was only cleaned up during the second day.
The hotel also had a shortage of towels and i had no bath towels for a day despite calling room service many times.The breakfast provided at Gabah restaurant on the other hand, is tasty and has a spread of american and indonesian cusine.
The staff attitude is overall pleasant but more can be done to improve on the management.
The price paid was the actual price shown with no hidden taxes and I will definately book through asiarooms.com again on my next holiday trip!
