We stayed in the stunning honeymoon suite....
We stayed in the stunning honeymoon suite. Room is huge, so is the bathroom. However, shower gel & shampoo are put in dirty glass bottles which probably refilled daily without cleaning. Apart from this, we are happy with the hotel.

Great place to stay. Excellent staff. Only drawback was quality of breakfast. American breakfast - I presumed, was to include everything, however, they served a miniscule amount of bacon with two eggs. I believe fruit should have been included. We had to ask for more bacon and extra toast.

We saw the good reviews on this hotel and booked 2 nights, the reviews must be fake!!!
We had paid for two nights but still choosed to move out after the first night. This hotel is terrible.
4 stars is impossible, 1 or 2 stars is more like it. The food is terrible and expensive. The beach is a joke. The area is horrbile. The room is dark and filthy. The personal are lazy. We were the only guests at the hotel.

We had booked for two nights but choosed to move out after one. The area was horrible, the staff was lazy, the breakfast was a joke, the rooms were old and dark, the beach was non existing..
Do yourself a favour and do not book this hotel.

Service staff at the hotel are very accomodating and helpful. Food at the restaurant is also of good standard. Room is very well sized and comfortable. Only disappointment was when on the first night, apparently a drunken guest kept budging on the front door that was only locked with the traditional wooden plank, which spooked me and my wife. We called security and the drunk guest was scared off.
Better to get your own taxi to the hotel because when I booked the hotel, I was under the impression that the cost of the booking included shuttle (shown under facilities in the advertisement) from the airport and back but this was not the case and I had to fork out an additional US$15 per head for a 1 way trip, which is overpriced considering that the taxi fare to the airport from the hotel is less than US$10.

I booked 2 rooms, but reception told us there were one room for our family first day night. Second day their person in-charge appologized for the matter and upgraded a big suit for our family. I accept her sincerity.

When you wake up in the morning and you stay at the honeymoon-suite a dream comes true with the sea in front. The Hotel is absolutely worth is money.

The hotel was lovely and romantic with a personal touch. The food quality was great and valuable. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and pretty well equiped (Internet/WiFi is not available in the room, but WiFi is available at the reception desk for free). The pool area is nice, although the pool is a little small. The beach is just besides the hotel and no garbage is lying around. Be aware of many water sport activities such as jet ski, banana boat etc. Be careful about boat tour offers from the pool boy. They sound valuable as many activities are included, but in fact only one is really worthwhile. Overall, this hotel is recommendable if somebody wants to enjoy quiet vacations. It is a little far from the main center Nusa Dua and very far from the party center Kuta.
