Budget accomadation needs maintenance good position close to beach
'you get what you pay for' is so true when you stay here, the bathroom was disgusting, smelly, damp & so tiny you just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible! the room itself was large & reasonably clean, the outside areas,tired looking, pool clean, staff not very helpful, but was close to beach & shops etc. it was just a layover for eight hours until departing for home, never stay in Kuta otherwise,
Bed, Air-conditioner, pool, Hot water shower what more could a surfer ask for great place to set up camp for surfing trips in and out of town.
If your after a flash place then this is not it if you want some were cheap to sleep then you find this ticks all the boxes.

the room was not very nice. works on the block nearby was noisy. the bathroom such dirty not well maintained. the ac just sufficient. mosquitos all night made me run away the next morning.

I stayed with my three adult and one teenage children. the pool was great after a long day at the shops. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is near to Waterbomb and Kuta and close to the beach so it is possible to walk up the beach to Kuta. The buildings are old so there are a few cracked tiles etc but it is really clean. Good place if you want to get out and about but not for lounging around. Basic but adequate breakfast. We could not hear our neighbours through the walls and the top floor gets a good breeze.

I found this a very pleasant and quiet place to stay. The breakfasts are excellent and the serving staff staff are very friendly. The desk reception staff are efficient but not quite as friendly.The gardens are beautifully maintained and the pool is very clean.

Great cheap and relatively small low budget hotel with friendly staff. Adequate large, basic rooms: bathrooms dingy and in need of renovation. Close to Tuban beach via a small quiet lane. Most guests families or middle aged couples.
