The hotel was fantastic and the hotel was very very clean. The service was fast and very friendly and the room was always clean. The situation of the hotel was fantastic being right on the beach. the included breakfast was good except i think they needed different food as there was alot of Asian breakfast food where Im used to western breakfasts.
The hotel garden is beautiful, very balinese which makes the hotel that much better compared to many other western hotels. I thought the pool bar was disappointing as my friend and i were looking forward to it as there was not a constant person there. we thought the atmosphere of the pool would have been bigger. however, if you wanted a quiet time by the pool which is what we also wanted, the hotel is great!

Good value for money in a convenient loction. Even if close to the main road, the rooms are all quiet and have a serene garden setting.

The pool was really nice, not many bugs or skeeters, right on the beach, good walking distance to shopping, DON't use the Tour Guides seated in the hotel, use the ones down the street a little ways

Expect a hot 15 minute walk to main Kuta shopping centre (Matahari). No issues with facilities, except for lack of hot water, but to my experience, this is common in Bali. Room extemely clean, and the cleaner came every day. My room had a walled garden with patio - I spent many a night sitting out there with a cold Bintang, enjoying the flowers and watching the geckos. Air conditioning was heaven sent. Shared facilities (toilets by the pool) were spotless. Reception staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic when assisting with queries.
Buffet breakfast was great - variety of food was great.
I would stay again.
