Deluxe room or nothing...
What you see on internet is not what you get. I booked a standard room. When I arrived, the room looked more like a 2nd World War bunker. The paint on the wall might have been white a while ago, but is now yellow, it smelled humidity, some hair was present on the bed, some used kleenex in the washroom garbage can, room located in an inside corner of the hotel and very dark. So I was advised to change for a deluxe room, 20$ more. They told me I could not cancel because I already made a reservation through internet. In the deluxe, I had to sleep in a single bed... last time I was 10 years old. The air con did not work properly, still hot in the room even if you put it at 17 degrees. The manager showed no flexibility at all and said the owner takes the decision, not her fault. They changed me room again the day after and I had a queen bed and a good working air con. It is just too bad there is such a difference in quality between the different room types.
Also.. at 8:30 a morning, somebody knock on my door with insistance, and said that he was in charge of putting the alcohol in the fridge, he forced the door (was able to unlock it I do not know how) and try to pull the chain off I had put... I got up with a towel around me and asked him to go to hell...
