Luxuous villas, quiet place on a hill but far from the beach and restaurants.
Best villa ever!
My first trip to Bali is so memorable and all thanks to phat mase villa. It's. Beautiful and lovely villa to spend quality time with your family as I enjoyed my stay and the people working there are so friendly and warm

A very spacious and well presented villa...
A very spacious and well presented villa complex with nice staff and ideal for taking time out to relax. Would have no hesitation in returning.
In a word ... disappointing. It was...
In a word ... disappointing. It was my wedding night. I stayed at the villa the night before as well. Despite telling the staff FOUR times on FOUR different occasions that I was getting ready for my wedding, I would be vacating at 3pm, please have the room ready with all the trimmings when I get back from my wedding reception at around 12.30am. The bed was made and that was it! Wet towels still in the bath waiting to be replaced, furniture which had been moved while the wedding party was getting ready was not returned, empty cans, make-up wipes, full bins etc still in the room ... basically a disgrace. Cleaning my room when I got home from my wedding was not really what I had in mind. Staff is dismissive and rude and really just don't care. Staff don't listen to requests, breakfast was served in the villa - an hour early both mornings. Not recommended if celebrating a special occasion. Plenty of other nice places to choose from in Bali.

We had a wonderful stay at Pat Mase and wish we could have stayed longer! They arranged a perfect transfer from Airport which is only 15 minutes away and a warm welcome at the hotel.
Located in a tropical park our room included a big bedroom with bathroom in traditional balinese style with outside jacuzzi. Aditionally there was a beautifull opened sala with big kitchen and a wonderfull private pool and entry to a second pool. It was amazing, relaxing and more than worth the money!
Service was perfect with breakfast at the private sala. We also had massage at our room and barbecue prepared only for us.
The service was perfect and everyone friendly and open hearted. Privacy was guaranteed.
Through the hotel we arranged a trip to Ubud and dining at Jimbaran´s beach, everything was well organised.
The small restaurant offers balinese and international dishes in good quality.
There is no disavantage to mention except that the beach is about 10 minutes walking distance.
I would strongly recommend Pat Mase - thank´s for this unforgettable stay!

It has been a wonderful stay at Pat Mase! I have to compliment the staff for their excellent and efficient service, their friendliness and ability to help with my itinerary. I basically had a fuss free trip and all arrangements were made with the help of the staff.
I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at Pat Mase as the environment is so serene for a good recharge before returning to city life again.

Liked: Awesome villas, fabulous private (some of them infinity) pool, great service, in-villa breakfast, perfect for families, free shuttle to Jimbaran area and Kuta, very pleasant location on top of a hill and gorgeous views of the forests around, best value for a private pool villa in bali
Disliked: cafe is rather small, bathroom and living room cushions a bit old, breakfast is too standard. that said, it's 2 min to some of the best restaurants including those in Four Seasons and Di Mare in Karma Resort

Staying in these villas was like a week in paradise. The service is exceptional, the rooms are wonderful and the whole ambience of the place just exudes a relaxing Balinese vibe. The whole experience was just superb, from the complimentry airport pick-up, to our own private plunge pool, to the delicious breakfast cooked for us in our villa. The staff went out of their way to arrange/organise/negotiate anything we desired, including massages, transport, tours, hiring of motor bikes etc. I would thoroughly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and tranquil holiday in Bali away from the noise and bustle of Kuta.
