actually the whole enviroment looks very balinese,tropical looks and pretty but i find that there are no hot drinking water available like other places,the rooms have musty smell like its not been clean for a while because noone stay there for a while. the sheets are itchy to sleep on coz its not clean properly.staffs are polite and helpfull but overall need to improve on facilities! rooms with fan,at least put a t.v.Other hotels with the same value has tv,fan,hot drinking water available at all times(without requesting for it)hot water shower. at this place,we have to inform them then only they took gas and install so we have hot shower.floors,sheets have to be clean regulary so when people sleep there at least wont be bitten by bugs.

The standard rooms are much below the next level so we needed to upgrade. The Better standard rooms are ok.

The hotel is in a really good location, and the pool was beautiful. This hotel is good if you dont want all the hussel and bussel that the big hotels tend to have. Would probably stay hear again.
Could be a very nice place if...
Could be a very nice place if it would not be frayed at the edges. A milky swimming pool doesn't do it for me. Distance to makets etc a little too far. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The size & decoration of the rooms...
The size & decoration of the rooms are impressive during the day. However, lightings could be better at night. Water pressure in the bathroom left a lot to be desired. There was frquent power trips during our 2 nights' stay in some of the rooms and the staff who works night shift was not much of a help with the excuse of being new.
We had first a super deluxe room...
We had first a super deluxe room which was looking very nice. Later we found that bathroom was totally out of order. Water was leaking to the floor after the shower and also from the toilet down. We felt that room had suffered already quite much from moisture, after two nights we had breathing problems...
We complained and were offered to change in to a suite. This room was good and spacious and we liked in there a lot. Hotel service is not that professional but even then we had an enjoyable stay for the rest days.One has to beware of monkeys, there are plenty of them due to close location to Monkey Forest.
