Don't do it!
In my opinion this is very poor value for money considering what is available for similar money or less. I wish we had have not booked and looked around when we got there. Pool was not clean - forget a pool towel; had to keep asking for things like towels, toilet paper; bath /shower leaked so floor was constantly wet underfoot; doors jammed; rooms dank and musty; - had not been aired for a long time and curtains were filthy. Staff seem unhappy and complain to you.
After spending 6 days in Ubud, we came across numerous places to stay all presenting much more inviting facilities at much lower rates. Shop around.

The location is convenient but..........
I booked a suite double room for two nights. The room smelled like mold and the bed was so uncomfortable they did not provide a matress protecor, so I have had really bad nights because of unpresany smell and an uncomfortable bed. The location is convenient but I would not stay again.
no toilet paper, problems in payment
When we arrived we didn,t have hot water,we asked for it but they didn,t fix it till next day. We didn,t have toilet paper and we had to beg for it! When we did the checkout the person there wasnt able to do it, we had to wait 30 min until someone else came. Then they asked us for cash. We didn,t have enough cause we were expecting to do it with credit card, the same that we used tl do the booking with asiarooms. We had tl wait anither 30min until a third person came knowing how to use the machine. The machine dkdn,t wlrked and we ended up, after more than1 hour going to the ATM (paying comission) to get the money!!
Staying at Pande Permai was oke
We had a good time at Pande Permai. We expected a view on the sawa but it was a view on the swimmingpool which was oke. The room looked nice, it was clean and the location was very good, close to the Monkey Forest and on walking distance of the centre of Ubud. The only thing that bothered us was the fact that there was no warm shower!
Ubud is a romantic small town
We stay just one night at pande permai, the first impression is great location to escape from daily routines. The people was so friendly. We stay at standart room, the bathroom need more improvement.But we have great breakfast there.

Discourteous and ill-mannered... very bad stay..
As an Indonesian I don't recommend to stay in here.
With all do respects the service is as cheap as the fare that given out to us.
The Good
1.The location was strategic.
2.The Fare was interesting.
The Bad
1.The Room is not as good as we expected based on the picture.
2.Bathroom can only be used as hand shower and there's one time that there were no water. Can you imagine no water.
3.The view was just Lame(we expected green or some padi fields).
4.There were ants in the bed.
5.Breakfast was so so.
6.Service was poor.
7.The pool was also poor,you can't swim in there too much chemical in it.
8.Its a bit strange the fare that we pay wasn't the same with the amount that we book through Asia Room.
9.If we pay with Card the Owner charge us plus 5% instead of 3%,so we choose to pay with cash
Above all that the good thing is that we're in Ubud.

Perfect for couples . Friendly staffs . Next to Monkey forest ..so monkeys might drop by in the morning . The room we stay had padi fields view. Value for money .
Unfortunately the room that was posted in...
Unfortunately the room that was posted in the net had nothing to do with the room they gave us upon our arrival and we had to argue a lot and also pay US$ 15 more per day to get a better room. For the total you'd probably get a better place to stay.
The room size is good, but pretty dark at night. Bathroom is terrible: smells strange, really tiny towels. Yes, there is a minibar in the room: with nothing inside!!
Cleaning is not a merit as well: the cup I used was left there for 3 days..
The breakfast is horrible: a la carte, but you wait half an hour every day to be served a couple of toasts, juice and butter. And that is it.
So, think twice before booking..
