Relaxing Retreat
Airport pickup was on time! Fast check-in. Our room was clean and spacious. Huge bathroom. Our room was the one with the spa pool and we were upgraded to a villa with a pool! That was cool! Breakfast was served in the villa. There is no restaurant. Quiet place. Even the main pool was empty, which suited us perfectly! Staff friendly. Location is very convenient. Just five minutes to shops and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Great Hotel
The hotel was very special - excellent villa's - we were up-graded to a de-luxe villa with a lovely private swimming pool. The staff at the hootel were very attentive, always smiling and helpful.
The food at the hotel was great - especially the breakfast, served on our own private terrace

Very good
Like a villa but cheapper. Very beautiful the rrom and the hotel.the staff was very kindly.
Easy to walk in seminyak, but a litlle far from the beach.

Bali Dream Holiday
I would recommend anyone to stay at Uma Sapna. Value for money fantastic, Quiet, privacy, meals great, staff exceptional, great massages, clean and friendly. We had an outside spa with our accommodation which was absolutely perfect and cool and relaxing. We wanted accommodation where you weren't inundated with lots of people around. We were within close walking proximity to shops, great restaurants yet the tranquility of the surroundings made you feel more isolated. Will not hesitate to return in the future. Thankyou to all the staff at Uma Sapna.

Good location, ordinary quality
i have stayed there for 3 nights, the location is good, as there are many shops and restaurants nearby. but this villa is no surprise to me, the room is clean but it is simple decoration and not much daily commodities.
the staff are not as enthusiastic as those i met in other villa. i stayed in other villa before i come here......
the price are not cheap for this quality.

I booked the spa pool room initially, but then surprisingly we were upgraded to exclusive one bedroom pool. I was ecstatic upon our entry to the villa. It was very spacious and i love the villa layout and the minimalist interior. its definitely a lot of space for 2 persons. the fact that the villa provides us with jbl speaker, the free flow mineral water, you can also borrow dvds from the reception to watch in your villa are just awesome. room-service wise, the staff are very kind and helpful. they always greet you and were very fast whenever we asked for anything to be delivered to our villa. feedback wise, i wish the lounging area by the pool has a washing-basin or at least a closer access to washing area :) but other than that everything was perfect and way above our expectation during our stay. i'll definitely return to uma sapna on my next trip to bali.

The staff is friendly and facilities are great. Free Internet, pool at the villa and the location of Uma Sapna are great also. Airport transfer was around 9 euros for 2 persons. We really enjoyed our stay at Uma Sapna.

It was a marvellous experience at uma sapna and leave me missing bali more.great hospitality,service and prompt in delivering us our daily breakfast.the best i had ever stayed in.the spa in d villa was excellent and the prices were affordable.for sgd50 i got a personalised 2hr spa in d villa and it was splendid.d villa abit far off fr d beach and cheap eateries though but could be solved wt renting a bike for sgd10 per day just outside d villa.but definitely a great place to spend ur romantic days in bali.highly recommended for honeymooners.pool was awesome.chilling by d pool,tanning sndcreading a book by d pool.ill b back soon thats a promise!oh and d breakfast is gooood!thk u uma sapna!

Very cosy villa although not as spacious...
Very cosy villa although not as spacious as what we expected..spa pool in the midst of greenery which is nice to relax after a day in the sun..very good and prompt service from the reception. Breakfast served in villa daily and you can get to choose what time you wish to be served with fresh juice and freshly brewed coffee. However location was about 10 mins walk to the restaurant and not really that centralised.Overall very satisfactory stay
