Love the villa, love the pool and...
Love the villa, love the pool and love the environment. Staffs were helpful and they smile all the times. I like to stay in Seminyak area. Advice to take the Taxi to Seminyak beach.

From the minute we arrived the service...
From the minute we arrived the service and friendliness of the staff, including the security people, was extraordinary. The promptness of room service or any query was the best we have encountered anywhere around the world. Nothing was too much trouble and any request was met in a friendly and professional manner. The villa itself was a haven and we could have easily stayed there the entire time which we mostly did with the exception of the mandatory shopping expeditions and dining on 'eat street' located literally around the corner...a short walk. The outside area with the private pool and sunbed was inviting on any given day. You can even have a massage in your villa if you don't want to leave and go to the spa. Heaven! The villas are modern and contemporary in style but the staff made sure you knew were on the friendly island of Bali with their ever present smiles and greetings. Highly recommended and looking forward to a return visit.

The Villa was fabulous. Could have improved...
The Villa was fabulous. Could have improved on their breakfast choices though but overall experience was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful and service rendered was very efficient. They even arranged transfer to another hotel that we stayed before the flight for free and paid for the cab ride when they had no vehicle available. Villa was very clean and perfect for couples. Privacy guaranteed.

This hotel was outstanding, very romantic, with lovely ,friendly staff, I stayed in the 1 bedroom with the full lenght pool,however the new executive suites were out of this world, with a huge backyard, and i also view the 2 bedrooom which actually was gorgeous for a family or a couple with two single friends, i don,t think it,s kid friendly, more so an adult environment. oh and the spa, fabulous. The only thing that spoit it for me, is when i was checking out, a Woman asked if i had my kimono in my bag, implying that i stole it, which i hadn,t, and i had to go without one after the last clean service. they must have taken it, and not given me a fresh one on the last day because people steal them, however it really annoyed me, because i didn,t have one to wear, and they thought i stole it.

Wonderful stay at the deluxe villa. Convenient location to Eat Street and near to Ku De Ta. 1 day car rental with driver costs Rp 400k and it was worth it.

Is an absolutely wonderful place for couples...
Is an absolutely wonderful place for couples who yearn for a quiet and romantic getaway. Great place with great service. We booked this place solely based on comments and reviews from previous tenants and we were not letdown.

Uma Sapna is a great place to...
Uma Sapna is a great place to stay at, it provides high privacy, excellent services and excellent environment. All staff are very helpful and nice, we enjoyed our stay in Uma Sapna very much. It takes around 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach, it takes only 5 minutes if you take a taxi. The villa provides free shuttle bus serives to Airport, this is very convenience to tourists. We will definitely recommend this villa to our tourists who wish to visit Bali in the nearest future.

Hotel was just undergoing some renovations (messy and loud at times. Unfortunately there where no apologies from the staff, which is something I would expect staying at a place like that. Villas are nice, clean and within walking distance from Semyniak. An ideal stay for a short, romantic trip to Bali!

I liked the private pool and courtyard....
I liked the private pool and courtyard. There were many delightful touches such as the kimono and slippers. The everpresent water features were very refreshing. I thought that the outside kitchen was great. A cooled large bottle on tap of drinking water and some more distinctly Balinese pictures and furnishings would have made it even more special. Maybe a dragon spout for the pool? Piped low level Indonesian traditional music would have been nice. As wonderful as it was, I had the sense that I could have been anywhere in the world but with my love of Indonesia would have loved reminders that I was there. It took a while for the room to be cleaned, the salak was spoiled and there was not a late checkout. It was a little far from the beach. However I still loved it and hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

Very good location, The staff was extremely...
Very good location, The staff was extremely flexible and helpful. No pretense like in big hotel chains, and personable. Value was fantastic. Loved the positioning close to shops and restuarants. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
