IT WAS AN ENJOYABLE STAY AND THE STAFFS ARE VERY COURTEOUS. THE CLEANLINESS IS NO.1.THE BREAKFAST WAS SIMPLE BUT STILL ITS OK.SITUATED AT THE HEART OF KUTA, ITS DEFINITELY CONVENIENT TO STROLL AT THE KUTA BEACH OR SHOP AT THE SHOPPING ARCADE. IF EVER WE PLAN A TRIP BACK TO BALI WE WILL DEFINITELY WANTS TO STAY IN IDA HOTEL AGAIN.

We had a short 1 nite stay at Ida Hotel before we move on to Ubud the 2nd day. Overall, it was pretty good value for money. Good location within the vincinity to various shopping areas & Kuta beach. The only shortfall was that the beddings were old & filthy and we have unpleasant company of the mosquitos throughout the stay. :(

I liked this hotel. The facilities were all quite nice, the location is good if you are basing yourself in the Kuta area. I would stay here again but would really like them to address the damp/mouldy smell in the rooms and the leaking toilet. The smell goes away if you let the air flow through for a few minutes, but the leaking toilet needs work.
There is a short darkish laneway to walk down at night, but I did it every night without fear or concern. Take a taxi cab back from the clubs if you want to be cautious.
The pool and resteraunt/bar area are very nice and the staff are friendly. It was very nice to relax by the pool in the afternoon before a night on the town. Breakfast is simple but adequate and they will cook you whatever you ask for.
I stayed at two other places during my ten days in Bali, the cheaper hotel was not as nice, the more expensive one was not much better then this one anyway.

This Hotel has absolutely Balinese style bungalows in a wonderful tropical garden. It’s a so quite place to stay and only 7’ walking distance for the beach and the centre. The price is very good, the staff very friendly and perhaps you have the experience I already had, I mean an open air bath in the garden ! Yes it’s a good place absolutely recommended!

This hotel is def not bad and reasonable value for your money. Bungalows are quite small though and bathroom nothing fancy but clean. Breakfast is okay, pool is nice and staff friendly. If you want to be in the heart of Kuta near Kuta square this is your place. But for the same roomfare you can get better in Kuta/Legian.
There's no drinking water in the mini...
There's no drinking water in the mini bar as mostly hotel will give 2 bottle of free drinking water everyday. Alot of mosquitos as I got bitten even spraying insect repellent. 10mins walk to kuta beach but we have to walk a narrow and quiet path out of the hotel everytime as it can be quite dangerous at night if u r walking alone. Breakfast choice is limited only a little variety of food. will prefer to stay somewhere facing the beach and a better environment.
