Enjoyed my stay

I found the staff very helpful. Food for Breakfast was very satisifying. Room clean and eventhough we were on the ground floor we did not get any overhead noise which is a plus for me. Lovely area to sit outside your room.

nice and comfy

its a great hotel for just relaxing and chilling out at the pool bar, and still close enough to go out shopping all day and party at night, you dont even hear the passing traffic, have stayed hear 5 times now, been to bali 7 times and those two times i didnt stay here was because they were booked solid, ill be back for sure

We were booked into the Adi Dharma Hotel, but on arrival were told we would have to wait 5hrs for a room which was a twin instead of a double. We were given the option of waiting or going to a room at Adi Dharma Cottages. We decided to go to the Take the room at the Cottages. As far as first impressions go we were not impressed but once we got settled it was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The food was really good. As for the room it was of a good standard. The only negatives on the rooms was that it was noisy and could hear guests in other rooms and outside. The toilet was a little dirty but nothing to bad. Also the double bed was on the small side I am 6ft 2in and just made it in :) On a whole a nice friendly place to stay close to shops and nightlife.

the service ruined the experience

the hotel is beautiful, rooms are nice (bathrooms outdated) but because they where so unorganized with our booking, our emails requesting rooms close to companions obviously ignored, the hotel was horrible. when we arrived the hotel said they were full and downgraded us for one night, but still wanted us to pay for a deluxe room!

Would not recommend.

Was recommended this property as a decent budget hotel. We booked a delux room on Asia Rooms as we are a young couple and we had planned a romantic getaway.
Upon arrival at the hotel we were told that there were no Delux rooms avaliable and that we would move rooms to the Delux the following morning after being checked into a family room (which was too big for us and had a queen and two singles).
After packing up all of our luggage we were again told that the Delux was still unavailable and that we would move the next day. The following morning we packed our things again to be told that there was still no Delux room. We ended up remaining in the family room for the duration of our stay and did not get our romantic delux room by the pool.
We had two back massages during our stay. The first was amazing, calming, absolutely beautiful. The last was shocking -my partner had scratch marks down his back, his bum was squeezed and the two beauticians giggled and talked through our entire expereience. The room had no music and smelled like urine.
Breakfast was sufficient. Bread was stale each day of our stay and there were barely any hot options for vegetarians apart from cereal and fruit.
In addition there was no cold water the first morning of our stay and there was no telephone service from the in room phone to dial international.
The bar tender in the pool was fantastic although there was a mouldy film of grime along the inside walls of the pool.
I wouldn't recommend to friends or family but as a last resort it was a comfortable bed to sleep in and had Channel V for some in room music.

An enjoyable stay. Will definitely return. Highly recommended. Good location - away from street noise. Excellent menu and competitive prices. Service was excellent - would have liked coffee making facilities in the rooms though. But in general, no complaints.

Got all the basic stuffs: Daily Towel...

Got all the basic stuffs: Daily Towel Change, Make-up room, safe to safe-keep your stuff, balcony, swimming pool, good location. Nothing fancy but can see that they try their best. Perfect for budget travelers and young couples, value for money option

I had half of a bungalow near...

I had half of a bungalow near swimming pool. But the other half was hardly seperated from my place. I was meant for double families or so. They closed the door between the two parts by a plato of wood, maybe 1 cm thick and not like other hotels do with twoo normal doors. So i did hear all conversation, telephonecalls, and the things you dont want to hear at all. I will not write, but you can imagine. I told the staaf and they acted like they heard this for the first time. Liers! How can a management 'manage' like this. I think it is too easy money for them. Customers are not important. I hope you publish this and not only that I liked the staff anyway, bacause friendly and helpfull all the time.
