Our stay was fabolous, me and my 5 friends stayed here for three nights because we wanted to get away from the busy noisy kuta. The rooftop pool was great as well as the pool downstais...hotel has friendly staff. The water pressure from the shower was the best. Breakfeast prob needs a lilttle improvement but overal we enjoyed our stay.
Great Getaway Hotel
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Swissbel-Hotel Nusa Dua. The Bay view was to die for, and the location is exclusive. It's quite a drive from Kuta (15 minutes-ish), but we enjoyed the peace and quiet after a long busy day on the road sightseeing in Bali. The breakfast was good, and the the roof-top pool was great. All in all, a great getaway hotel.

Not a wise choice
The location is not good at all, although around Nusa Dua area, but still got a distance from the Beach. The hotel shuttle bus to Nusa Dua beach and Kuta beach only has 2-3 times per day.
The breakfast is awful! Inside lift quite smelly. The water also got some bad smell. It's maybe some problem with the drain system. The air-con is very noisy, cant sleep well. The duluxe room is quite small, not worthing at all.
When I made payment by using US$, the hotel staff said they dunt have changes. That's ridiculous.

its my first time staying in this...
its my first time staying in this hotel n it didn't give me a good impression of the hotel, in fact very dissappointed. Prior to my leaving to Bali, I have e-mailed to Asia Rooms n to the hotel requesting a pick-up service. Unfortunately, the moment i came out frm the airport, no representative frm the hotel was there to provide the pick-up service. Therefore, i concluded that this hotel actually overadvertised themself n i would not go back again.

My partner and I stayed in a standard room, it was just enough for the both of us. The bed was a king but i have to say, the pillows were really unconfortable. they had a tv with some decent chanels, a mini fridge, closet and air con.
We stayed on the 6th floor which was on the same floor as the gym, restaurant, pool and spa. Breakfast at the restaurant was ok but they had a person who cooked eggs anyway you want which was really great. The view from the restaurant and top pool were absoloutely amazing!
The hotel was close to Nusa Dua Beach (5 Mins), Jimbaran Bay (10mins), Kuta Beach (15mins), and Seminyak (20min depending on traffic). They offer a free shuttle bus to Kuta and Nusa Dua Beach in the morning and a pick up in the late arvo.
Service was really good, the staff there were really nice and they all spoke English.
Overall, this was really good value (we spent $60AUD p/n incl. breakfast); the state of the hotel is ok (just needs a repaint i think); good location (very close to the beautiful nusa dua but away from the busy Kuta); and the staff were friendly.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded...
We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite as they had no deluxe rooms available. Great views from the restaurant (although a bit windy on the Terrace). Looked like they were a bit understaffed when there was a tour group for breakfast, as tables werent cleared. If you want to use the shuttle I suggest you book a seat as it can only hold 8/10 people. Room service was efficient, food was good. Not really enough sun lounges around the two pools, so get in early if you want a spot. Beach towels were in good condition and we could take them to the beach. Front desk can organise sun lounges on Nusa Dua (for free - if you took the shuttle), so that was a lovely touch.
Although a bit off the beaten track, a taxi was only a few minutes wait each time, and cheap. Would not recommend this for young children as it does have 6 floors, and only wooden railings - and an infinity pool on the roof.

As a budget traveller who wanted to spend my last two days in Bali in a luxurious accommodation, this place was perfect for my wallet and my taste.
My friends and I arrived greeted by friendly staff who were more than happy to help us with anything we needed.
Though the hotel is quite far from Kuta and shopping districts, it does provide a free shuttle to and from Kuta if you book in advance. It also provides a free shuttle to Nusa Dua beach, which I prefer more than Kuta and Legian as it is much cleaner with less people nagging you to buy things.
The swimming pool at this hotel is fantastic. There are two pools, a rooftop one which has a great view and the main pool which itself is quite large. The place also has a gym and a spa place where you can get massages and spa treatments (though it is much more costly than the ones you can get in Kuta and Legian).
The suite I stayed in was pretty cheap and great value. If you have more than two people with you I suggest hiring the suite and ordering a spare bed as it is quite big. It will also save you much more money. The view from my room (317S) was spectacular.
Food here is also great, you definitely get what you pay for. The buffet breakfast is great with a variety of Western and traditional Indonesian cuisine; though they could do with more covered areas in terms of tables as it was raining during breakfast and there weren't enough dry seats for people to sit on.
Overall my stay at this place was quite enjoyable and definitely worth the price I paid for.
