Nice hotel. Lovely setting and design of hotel. Pool area nice. Good breakfast. Good service. Rooms basic but large and clean. Only 10 mins to Seminyak/Legian beach area.

Balinese designed hotel. Interior is abit old especially the toilets but most importantly, it was clean. A decent place to stay. With the price which includes breakfast and free shuttle bus to Kuta area, it is a reasonable hotel.

For the price - this hotel is great value. The building is old and looks almost like a Balinese temple. The rooms are big and the air-con, toilet and shower all worked ok. But if you're a clean freak you may have a problem, because this place is not especially free of filth. It's about a 5 minute walk to Seminak Road and really close to a cute local pub called Jaya.

The hotel is a bit far from Kuta, but at least you don´t have hawkers on your door step!
The bathroom is very old and defenetly needs a renovations.

from my experience, i quite enjoy with the location is because outsite of the busy street.
breakfast - i will grade it far below then my standard.
room - room and service quality is great, but toilet not so well maintain but acceptable.
swimming pool - advice - better dont go!!

there was too many mosquitos and there was nothing done from the hotel against this.
If the hotel could try to let the mosquito go out from the room by using such as mosquito killer
during the bed making, our stay would have beem much more confortable.

This was the only hotel available on Asiarooms for the area and the pictures looked ok and Asiarooms gave it two stars, so I booked it for two nights.
The room ended up not looking like the pictures on the web site, and I disagree with the two stars, more like one.
The service and staff was great, but this hotel is seriously run down. Rooms (damp) and especially the bathrooms (not air-conditioned, open to outside) are smelly. Paint peeling, even the surface of the bath was peeling. TV did not work etc.
