Very Happy. Huge room with very nice interiors
Very pleased to have found this place right at the border between Legian & Seminyak. Quite close to the Legian beach - abt 15 mins walk or 5 mins by cab.
Surprised to find a villa this big at this location as we had a large sitting veranda with a kitchen, nice br & a big bathroom (downstairs villa). Slightly old property, but very good value for money - would def stay here again. Bfast was basic, but not bad at all. Wifi worked just fine.
Good enough
This place is a little bit overpriced for what you get. I do think its a good enough place and just for the fact I knew where it was and I stayed there before it was easy. The pool was alright, brekkie alright and staff in the restaurant was probably one of the main reasons I came back. The showers are absolutely hideous. We stayed in three different rooms of different price range and the first one sat chest hight, the second one had two needelsharp streams out of the shower head and the last one didnt have hot water. Its only the shower though, beds are comfy enough and its a fresh enough area. For someone fussy i wouldnt recomend it but its definately clean its just a littlebit older. The HBO is in indonesian so cant watch it anyway. They claim to have a airport shuttle, but it doesnt start running until 9 which is a bit weird. They do have a free shuttle in to Kuta at 10 in the morning though which is good! I would recommend this for a few nights but not for a week nice and relaxing holiday stay. If you email them you can put a mattrass in the room for 18 rupahs

Not great...but ok for a couple of nights
The Hotel was just a little run down. The rooms need freshened up. We moved room twice due to horrible room and broken lock. But the worst thing was the pool which was really murky. I think this was a problem that they were dealing with however we were there 5 days and nothing changed!!The worst thing was when we checked in they took the money for the whole stay we would of probadly moved but were worried we wouldn't get our money back. You can get better value elsewhere
First night - Air con not working...
First night - Air con not working properly - bed swayed in the middle we flipoped the mattress the next day. Bathroom below average and mouldy. Towels very small no hand towel provided.2nd night bed broke there were no supports on base. Slatts were all broken. we were relocated to a room with an ensamble. Bathroom dirty I had to clean. No service around the pool, Limited towels around the pool . We had to buy them. Breakfast a disgrace. Watered down orange juice. 2 X 2 slice domestic toasters which were very slow and should have been replaced. Buffet breakfast below average.Overall we were booked for 15 night and stayed 10 had to pay almost $600 to get flights back to Perth. We have been to Bali almost 20 times and this is the first time we were unhappy.

I really enjoyed it. About 15-20 minute walk to 66 beach. The staff were warm and ready to help with all of our requests. The pool is great and the included breakfasts are worth the price of admission. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but a bit dark (ours was at least) - but you don't go to Bali to stay in your room. The hotel is a sanctuary amidst all the hustle and bustle of Bali. I'll definitely be back.

My stay at this hotel was great the staff could not be more helpfuly the management were helpful and listen to ones small complaints and rectified. The room was clean and all the facilities worked. The grounds were well cared for and the pool and resterant were a joy. My husband and i have already booked for our next stay at this hotel from 26 Jul to 22 Aug 2010.

Had to ask for disinfectant and a mop to clean the bathroom ourselves. Bathroom floor was tinnea city. No shower curtains so the toilet was wet after every shower. A rat come through a hole in the wall during the night. We had booked a budget room for a couple of nights only but still expected it to be clean.

Overall, the hotel is not bad. The hotel is pretty well maintained. However, the room's furnishing is rather old. And bathtub rather old n have lots of stain. Nice atmostphere, with nice balinese architecture. My only complaint is the room's furnishing. Other than that, I'm really happy with the hotel.
My only reason not staying in the hotel again is to try out other hotels nearer to kuta, legian area.
