I booked the hotel for a romantic...
I booked the hotel for a romantic long weekend with my girlfriend based on the feedback from previous visitors on Asiarooms.
I have to say the hotel itself could not have been any better. The room is fantastic and the service was excellent. I would not hesitate to visit the same hotel again when I next visit Bali.
If there are any small gripes, the air conditioning could have been better in the bedroom (but it was good enough to ensure a very good night's sleep) and the shower sprayed water everywhere except where you wanted it. Food was average but there is not a lack of alternatives within a very short distance from the hotel. However, that really was it.
Be aware, the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the beach (or a very short taxi ride) but on the positive side, it is far enough away from the busier areas to ensure peace and quiet.

This was our second stay, afther a very unfortunately accident last year. The helpfull people at the Sanyas make it worth to come back again, and we will surely do. A small remark ( we did discuss that on our evaluation form) is the breakfast. The price (although included) but in the menu for a 25 and more US dollar isn't worth the expectations. The problem is probably the unexperiences with the standard you may experct at the Sanays for the roomate en menu. This is the only remark of big attention. Small remark on the cleanlyness: this can be better, but is a very common problem in Indonesia. There must be constant attention on the work delivered by the people. They do have other standards, and are not always aware of how to keep it clean conform European standard. But this is something what can be solved.

It was my first time in Bali so instead of just staying in one hotel, I wanted to experience a few. First we stayed at the Padma, then the Intercontinental and then the Sanyas. Both the Padma and Intercontinental were beautiful but a Private Villa is definitely the way to go.
As soon as we entered our Villa we were extremely impressed. You couldn't ask for more. It is perfect for people wanting to relax and who enjoy their privacy. Also I had never stayed anywhere that had an outside bathroom. At first I didn't like it because I'm not a fan of bugs, but after I gave it a go, it was great (and no bugs!). If I had to fault one thing it would be that the television isn't in a great position if two people want to lie in bed and watch a movie. But that's it - that's the only criticism I have - and I'm very, very fussy.
The staff at the Sanyas were very kind and helpful. I even had a massage whilst staying there and it was one of the best I've ever had and very reasonably priced. Also the rate we received by booking with Asia Rooms was unbelievably good value and much lower than the other internet sites for the same hotel. Overall, we can't wait to go back to Bali and stay there again. I highly recommend this Hotel and would be surprised if there was another private villa in Seminyak that was such good value for money.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the villas unique privacy. The villa was very modern, clean and spacious. the pool was well maintained and service was prompt, friendly and efficient. There is an indoor and outdoor shower and a jacuzi style bathtub. We hired pushbikes at a reasonable rate from the front desk and toured the Seminyak area. There are some very nice local restaurants, massage shops and laundry services within a 3 minute walk on Petti Tenjet Rd. The villa had its own self contained kitchen with fresh drinking water and a full size fridge aswell. The whole experience was excellent.

we had a fantastic three nights stay at the villa. lots of privacy. place was very clean and spacious. pool was well maintained. the bed was plush and comfy. not forgetting the friendly staff. would definitely stay there again!

The most exclusive villa I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Large, concealed completely private accommodation areas - each with their own swimming pool - make this an unforgettable resort experience. I will definitely be back, and hopefully soon.
Sanyas Suite was more than a surprise...
Sanyas Suite was more than a surprise for both myself and my wife. We were not prepared to have a place as beautiful and well kept as the photos at the website. The rooms layout are generous, the pool is very well maintained and clean amid the low season, the outdoor bathroom is so lovely. Most important for us both, all the staff we met throughout our stay were extermely friendly and helpful.
We will not hestitate to recommend our friends to stay with them.

My wife and I arrived on a hot late night and the Sanyas suite was a perfect place to wind-down in absolute comfort. The pool is beautiful, the bedroom is beautiful, the living area is spacious and open. I loved the way the entire suite was open-aired and there was a beautiful outside shower. It felt like we were out doors almost. furniture is classic and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the staff are so kind and friendly, and kept the place SO clean always
It is also very private.
(Apart from a second story bulding that overlooks some suites..but this really did not present a problem)

The Sanyas Suite is in a very...
The Sanyas Suite is in a very good location only a couple of minutes drive from the centre of Seminyak at the beach. The room is comfortable with a writing desk, window seater and a very comfortable and large bed. TV was also a good size with excellent selection of TV channels (not that you'll spend that much time watching TV).
The living area and kitchen are comfortable without being spectacular. The bedroom was more comfortable to lounge in than the living area and it overlooks the pool too.
The pool is on the smallish size but fine if you want to go for a quick dip. It is however an additional bonus to have an individual pool at the room rate.
Areas to improve are - quality of breakfast is very ordinary. It's free, so I shouldn't complain, but you'd be better off skipping the hotel breakfast and going into the Seminyak for a delicious breakfast at one of the many cafes. You have to pay for internet/wifi which can only be bought on 1 or 3 hour packages and renewed after that time has expired. Very inconvenient, especially if you're a business traveller or need to access the internet for longer periods of time. Service is patchy, some good, some bad, some attentive, others not.
Despite it's misgivings I would highly recommend The Sanyas Suite for the rate you get on Asiarooms - it's great valiue & I will be back again!
this villa was out of this world...
this villa was out of this world i know it looks good in the pictures but i was not expecting it to be that good. it was goregous. we stayed in the two bed villa even though there was only 2 of us ( this is what we were given) one room was locked the pool was about 12 ft long perfect we had our own sun beds total privcy. The only down side was the the sun bed was in the shade after about 3.00pm so I lay in the grass on the other side of the pool.
The bath room was open plan with one side of it opening out to a walled garden. again totally private we had bath big enough for two and 2 showers one inside and one and 1 out side and a toilet. this is just off the bedroom which had to walls made of glass one over looking the pool the other over looking the walled garden. at the other side of the villa was an open plan living area where you had a hi fi system in the lounge and built in kitchen there was also another toilet off this. this over looks the pool. the staff were so helpful we had breakfast when ever we wanted with your own butler service that came and servered you in your vila and cleaned up after you. we also had lunch every day as it is just easier and again the butler service was top notch. we went out for dinner but the staff were more then help full about were to go. we went here at the end of our holiday and it was the best place to relax at the end.i would love to go stay here agin with a bigger group as i think it would be perfect.
