Not what we expected for the price
After coming from a lovely resort in Ubud, we were somewhat disappointed with the quality and standards of the Sanyas Suite. Do take note that this is not a full service resort with its own F&B outlet it does not come with a huge common compound. The overall layout and design of the suite was pretty nice, but the openness of the suite allows plenty of uninvited creepy pests. The cleanliness of the rooms were just slightly above average and the breakfast was pretty dismal. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating which really helped made our stay more bearable. Conclusion, the price we paid for the Sanyas Suite does not measure up to its standards. It should be rated at least a class lower and priced appropriately.

Value and Privacy
Mum, dad and 2 kids, 11 & 8. It was perfect for us as we didn't really want to be in the heart of the action. The private pool was perfect. A short, cheap taxi drive to everywhere or a good walk. Breakfast was simple and good. I would recommend eating out. Strongly recommend to have kids in own room if they are my kids age. The privacy having your own pool was fantastic and loved by all. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Just had a couple of nights here. Very relaxing environment with a lovely pool area. I found the villa to be quite dirty, particularly the floors and kitchen area, and showing signs of aging. Also, the security wasn't too tight, I had a group of friends visiting me and they weren't even seen by the security guards. I would rate it as a low 4* because of cleanliness and maintenance issues and poor security. However, knowing this, I would still stay again as i loved the garden and quieter location.

The place is actually nice, it just needs some refurbishing done. I think its about 8 years old and they haven't done a lot... People there are nice and friendly, but don't expect anything if you need a reservation or something out of the line...they could not do it! We only tried the breakfast in the villa and sorry to say, it was terrible! You should expect a place like that to have at least a coffee machine and not just instant coffee. Tip: we looked at maca Villas (5 min. closer to the city) and they are amazing (for about the same price) enjoy Bali - it's paradise pure!

These Villa's are hidden gems in Bali. The property is a little north of down town Seminyak and taxi's will be needed to get to the shopping strip, restaurants etc, however Taxi's are very cheap and at your disposal instantly. The trick as we found out was to use Asia Rooms to book your accommodation, saving lots of $$ and then have dinner at some of the well known 5* hotels like the Oberoi, The Samaya etc. Fine dinning in bali is very cheap so overall you get the great food without the hefty accommodation charges...The staff are just lovely, nothing is too much, the Vila's are very clean and the breakfast in the morning is nice...Larger hotels/Villa's more centrally can cost approx $1,000 AUD more per week so I would book this villa again without hesitation...

Stayed at Sanyas suites for 2 nights. Great value for money, Absolutely private. Staff were teriffic and was lovely to have own pool. Would stay again without hesitation

Villa is huge and gorgeous ( we had an upgrade to their best villa) - and very well equipped. Staff is friendly and they gave my hubby a surprise on his bday - came with a cake singing bday song! Location is a bit off - hard to find and not on the main belt. A cab is required at all times.

I booked the hotel for a romantic...
I booked the hotel for a romantic long weekend with my girlfriend based on the feedback from previous visitors on Asiarooms. I have to say the hotel itself could not have been any better. The room is fantastic and the service was excellent. I would not hesitate to visit the same hotel again when I next visit Bali. If there are any small gripes, the air conditioning could have been better in the bedroom (but it was good enough to ensure a very good night's sleep) and the shower sprayed water everywhere except where you wanted it. Food was average but there is not a lack of alternatives within a very short distance from the hotel. However, that really was it. Be aware, the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the beach (or a very short taxi ride) but on the positive side, it is far enough away from the busier areas to ensure peace and quiet.
