good setting
the only thing that we can complain about is the lack of any large screen televisions in their rooms.the remotes only work if you hold them 4 inches away from the tv and the reception of the channels was very bad.in 6 nights there the only time we got the english speaking channel
bbc was the first day and the last day.all they could say was the aerial was no good due to the winds.another thing they could have is coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms.but the food in there is exceptional

the rooms where extreamly dirty. We changed hotel after just one night.

Suit budget traveller, great location, close to all the action. Small basic rooms with a/c. Nice pool and gardens.You get what you pay for! Facilities are old but usable. Not really ideal for young families.

It was a disappointing stay to say the least. The very basic facilities that we expect from a starred hotel was missing from this Hotel. It didnt have a proper boundary wall and the rooms were badly maintained. Buffet breakfast was not worth waiting for and the entire place had a miserable look and feel to it. Its only advatnage is the location - right in the heart of Legian. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. In the same price, you get much better quality.

this hotel is good for people who...
this hotel is good for people who don't want to spend lot of money for a night in kuta.
Count around 15mn walk to reach the beach and not at the best place of the long beach of kuta.
the hotel is just on the very noisy legian road but so far is in a quiet garden, shame the people are not so quiet coming back from their night in kuta
if you are ready to jump into a noisy traffic jam for 20mn before being in peace on the beach somewhere, go to this hotel. Could be cleaner, but acceptable.
Now depends on you if you like the very noisy & crowded kuta or not.
