Great apartments . Very big, spacious, nicely designed, lovely balcony and well equipped . My only comment would be that the bath/shower was difficult to use as it was very high up and you had to climb into the bath to even turn on the shower.
The pool area was lovely and the little playground and kids club was nice . The music by the pool however was terrible as they would often leave blaring dance music that ruined the ambience of those who wanted to relax and made the place feel a bit club 18 - 30's when really it was filled with families and elderly guests .
The staff were very friendly and polite .
The breakfast was good with plenty of choice but the al a carte menu was over priced with small portions . The water cost 10 x the price of a bottle in a shop !
The beach area was lovely and perfect for small kids . Overall a good place to stay with a young family .

Average Hotel
Stayed for 4 nights. There are both good and bad points. The good points are, the hotel staff are very friendly and speak good English. The food at the hotel is pretty good and price is reasonable. The food price at the hotel is comparable to those at nearby Bali Collection. Food quality is better than that of Bali Collection. There are free shuttle to Bali Collection and the beach. The room is reasonably clean and is very big.
Now the bad points: there are big groups of tourists checking into this hotel. Plus, during our stay, there was company event held at the hotel. If you like quiet and peaceful environment, this might not be your cup of tea. There are a lot of mosquitoes. My husband and I got attack by the mosquitoes a number of times while dinning at the hotel restaurants. One of the days, we found that the towel in our hotel room is not clean. There are black stains on the towel although it was supposed to be new towel. Also, the doors to the rooms are side by side and it's not sound proof, hence, it is very annoying when your neighbor is not considerate and start closing the door loudly. Each time they close the door too hard, you will hear a loud bang. Quality of pool water was not very ideal on some days.

Buffet dinners not great and pricey. Ground floor rooms are dark, Myself and my daughter were eaten alive at night by mozzies.
Really big apartments and bathrooms which is great for families. Lots of activities and great pool area.

Great Holiday Again with Young Kids
This was our 2nd visit to Novotel Nusa Dua, and it won't be the last. The apartments are great with children, we can put them to bed and order food and eat in comfort. The kids club is excellent, we checked out all the others in Nusa Dua apart from Club Med and didn't find any better. The spa is great too, and the gym and fitness classes. Since on the edge of Nusa Dua you can get genuine Bali prices out the back door or the sanitised version out the front - perfect. The conenience store and ATM on site are great as well as the Pause Cafe - lovely bread and cakes. Top marks to the Novotel.
Fantastic Holiday
just absolutely a first class hotel/resort with golf course and private beach and everything was so clean and beautiful. They even clean the sand on the beach in case the tide brings in any rubbish from the ocean. Amazing stuff. Good hint for other travelers is to get some mosquito coils and have them burning at all times outside on the patios to form a barrier. The resort fogs many times but that is a problem all over Indonesia. A fantastic organized resort and so good for young children with its own "included" play group and activity room for the little ones. Our little girl just loved the place and staff.
Good room, poor service
Our room was fine, and overall the resort is clean and family friendly with generally engaging staff members however we had a problem with loud music outside of our room with a sleeping 1 year old. There was no prior information or warning of the musical event to guests, and went for several hours up until 930 pm. The staff were less than helpful in dealing with with our concerns. Trying to get hold of some kind of manager was impossible, with many staff having poor English skills. We checked out the next day and the manager still wasn't around to talk to.

"Great Family Hotel"
Loved the Hotel and staff, very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Stayed at the Novotel with family for 7 days. Pool area was great my daughter loved it and couldn't drag her out. The room was a little too small for my liking, we chose the deluxe rm which we should have chosen the 1 Bed aprtm. - a lot bigger with a massive balcony. The bathroom on the other hand, loved it, it was as big as the bedroom and stunning, maybe the feature of the room. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend it!
