Never again !!!
We realy couldn't reccomend this hotel to anyone though the staff were realy nice and gardens kept well the place is very run down, furniture old and some broken, the shower hardly worked,the toilet wouldn't flush, some lights worked but not all, and if you spent any length of time in the pool you turned green!!

Terrible choice to stay at this place - 'Paradiso' is meant to be paradise but it was more like hell!
The bed was extremely hard & pillows were flat! bathroom had mould all over the bathroom, bath, toilet, sink!!
The TV is local stations only & the lights are non existent.
Breakfast was bland and uncomfortable. The woman that ran the kitchen would stare at you from the moment you sat down till we left. Every woman that came downstairs for breakfast with their partner was so unhappy & miserable...??!!
Overall we stayed in one of the worst hotels in Seminyak & would not go back to that hotel at all!!!

First room given was huge, but old & in a poor state of repair. Asked to shift next day & new room was much more like the brochure picture; even though both were supposedly "Superior". Breakfast choice is poor & pool area needs an overhaul, but service and helpfulness was very good. Quiet if you need a rest, but close to the action & a handy supermarket nearby.

Don't expect too much. You get what you pay for. Price is reasonable for the facilities and location. Everything is basic. so if you are looking for a 5-star relaxing hotel, try the international star hotels. This place is great for those on reasonable budgets and don't have too high an expectations.

Hotel location is very nice, lot of restaurants, easy to get to the Seminyak beach. You can walk down to the Legian beach, Kuta beach, and Tuban beach. If you want to drive to Kuta area, you can avoid tarffic jam (in Legian Kuta street) by taking the by-pass road. I even can get to the church in Kuta area easily by taxi. My experience was walk down to Kuta area from Seminyak beach to Kuta beach, and after shopping and eating, we took taxi to the hotel, it cost only USD 4.

When we arrived it was late - 11.30pm, although we requested double bed rooms all the rooms were allocated were twin rooms and on the upper floors - there is no lift (we booked to stay for 4 nights). All the bathrooms of the 6 rooms booked were either dirty, disfunctional and/or badly maintained. The staff couldnt communicate properly in english or they chose not too because we complained about the rooms and bathrooms. 5 of the rooms checked out the same night. I stayed on to meet with management the following day. I complained to the manager but he was un-sympathetic to our case. I asked for a refund but he refused even though he sold the rooms to walk-in guests during that day. My experience here changed my perception of Balinese somewhat.

The hotel was ok although the bathroom was very dirty and mouldy and the toilet was broken. The room was a good size but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The service was good and the best thing about the hotel was the swimming pool and the breakfast was great although I wouldn't stay here again as the bathroom was just too mouldy and dirty.

The room is very bare and basic. It does not have any cable TV. So it is a great place if you don't want too many distractions. Though they do not provide a kettle or tea or coffee, you can ask for hot or cold water delivered. Room service is ok.
The breakfast has much to be desired but sufficient.
The location is great as it is surrounded by shops of all sorts and restaurants with free wifi. The beach is a 5 min walk away so you do not get the normal beach hasslers at your doorsteps.
Seminyak Paradiso probably makes a good budget hotel.
This is value for your money! Easy...
This is value for your money! Easy going as I am, it does not have to be perfect, but I cannot complain about anything. Seeing the reception and restaurant: maybee you doubt to go in. Although everything is OK there, its not really inviting. But as you go to the rooms, situated in the back of it:you'll find a small, but nice garden, spacious and clean rooms, good
and clean swimmingpool. Location is just a few minutes from the beach, enough restaurants and bars around, and if you rent a car: easy parking on the hotel-area.
