Our Holiday in Bali
A very beautiful gem hidden on the hill tops. However the road to the villa is horrible with many bumps and huge holes, definitely not for the faint hearted. The hotel staff informed me that there was a free airport transfer but they have gotten our flight information wrongly. The villa was nice and spacious. Private pool is big. Buffet breakfast was disappointing the noodle, ham and bacon was cold and already harden. When we inform the buffet staff, they didn't bother to act on it and simply treat it as though nothing happened. The spread was limited too. Water pressure and the water heater is not working properly. To fill up the bathtub with warm water we need to boil water repeatedly and we needed about 2 hour to fill it up. It was then brought to our attention by the front desk staff that all the villa faces the same problem. The management already knew that there was a problem with all the heaters but didn't bother to solve it at all. All in all, the stay is still bearable compensated by the amazing villa. Staff at the front desk was helpful and pleasant too. My wife and me had an enjoyable stay.

Lovely villas with great privacy. Lovely clean pool. The staff were very happy to do anything you asked. A bit far to get to restaurants as ther is nothing in the immediate area. One major complaint, the a/c is just not quite up to standard, but staff tried to fix the problem, so just throw yourself in the pool.Food at the villas is OK. We enjoyed our stay.
We had a fabulous stay- single bedroom...
We had a fabulous stay- single bedroom villa was divine with all amenities and large private pool. Only fault would be that the bathroom was dark...but that wasn't a big issue. Probably a ten to fifteen minute taxi trip to jimbaran bay where all restaraunts and shops are. Great stay, highly recommend.
