The size of the room, staff, location(not the centre, but close enough), cleanliess was oke.
Very good price/value.
The price includes only indonesian breakfast, it is not enough a europen person.

Simple but charming
At the edge of the main strip where Sanur's bigger hotels are, Puri Mesari is tucked away up a quiet driveway surrounded with flowers. Our room was a decent size, with a big bathroom too. Air conditioner slightly noisy and fishponds a bit dirty, but that's nitpicking. The staff were lovely and helpful, and swimming in a pool surrounded by frangipani trees is heavenly.
Good value - only drawback is the distance from the heart of Sanur, but it makes Puri Mesari a quiet retreat. Beach is a ten minute walk away, town is 15-30.

Nice hotel
Breakfast was a Bit measly two slices of toast and a few fruit slices. Quick stroll to beach and restaurants though food here was good. Pool was nice but entirely in shade so sunbathing was impossible! The room was great though-huge and very clean. Overall would def recommend.

A good place to relax and chill.
I think it is a very good place to stay and safe especially for a family or female travelers. It is not so far from the airport and only 5 mins walk to the beach. The hotel is very clean and the people who works there is very friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel is near to the Sanur where the place to shop. I love to come and stay here again.

I Stayed at this hotel in Aug...
I Stayed at this hotel in Aug 2010. The staff are really friendly, all spoke good English and were really helpful. The Hotel is authentic, really well kept and quiet. Like most who stay here I was originally put off by the distance away from the main bars and restaurants.

Good reception and service, however hotel is quite old. Not too bad for the price, but there is extra 3% charge for payment direct to hotel using credit cards. You will need extra cash on hand if you want to follow the quoted price on website.

The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are good, beautiful swimming pool. It should however be advertised that in different seasons of the year the sea tides change and that around may from 1 in the afternoon till night the water does not reach the beach so swimming in the sea is out of the question.... The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Good service.

Excellent small hotel with a nice ambience,...
Excellent small hotel with a nice ambience, good pool and supportive staff, We arrive late and were then placed in a ground floor room near the pool filter which was a bit noisy. However the room was clean and well appointed with a perfect outside private bathroom.We stayed 4 days and it was a place to relax and get our bearings for the month ahead in Indonesia. The Sanur kite festival was on in the area and this was a highlight as were the cheap massages in the area.

my only disappointment was that i had...
my only disappointment was that i had understood from your advertisement that there was satellite tv in the better rooms.this might have been my mistake as i note that this is no longer the case. that apart the hotel had a delightful feeling of a quiet sanctuary from the tourist areas but still close enough to enjoy those facilities. as a regular traveller to bali i was still surprised at just how friendly,capable and helpful the staff were.
