Villa Jerami, Bali  

Really nice group of villas. Staff are excellent and are very accommodating with regards to when you would like your room cleaned etc and will try and help you when they can. Rooms are sprayed for mossies every night and bed had mosquito net. The pool in the royal villa is an excellent size and was very clean.
Breakfast served in villa every day was excellent with quite a lot of choice to vary what you choose daily if you like. Ordered food to our room one night and this was very poor and the cocktails we ordered one afternoon to enjoy by the pool were of a very average standard. I would not reccomend eating/drinking in as there are a lot cheaper places available where the standard will be higher. It must be noted that the restaurant is being upgraded so we couldnt eat there and the quality may improve when the work is completed.
The biggest disappointment was we were not told about the ongoing work and we got 'upgraded' to royal villa next to restaurant. It wasn't very peaceful when the drilling and banging was ongoing when we tried to relax by pool. Staff told us to let them know if we wanted noise to stop at any time but to be honest no one paying the money we did should have to put up with this type of disturbance caused by work happening within the complex we were staying unless a discounted rate was agreed on prior. The villas, although very nice prob needed a bit of a once over. The couches and chairs outside were well overdue a clean and one of the sun loungers had a small hole in it.
All in all a very nice villa complex with excellent staff that would be even better if the food was improved and the villas were give a good once over to address any minor issues.
