I have made my amendment with Asia Rooms with regards to my booking. Then when the staff of the hotel receive the mail frm Asia Rooms, due to their lack of understanding in English Language, the moment i reached the hotel, they told me that i m supposed to check-in on 3rd Sept instead of 2nd Sept. I was so furious as they do not understand the word remove from the e-mail from Ross, of Asia Rooms. He insisted i should print out my confirmation of the change frm the internet. very very disheartened with such a 5 star n awarded resort. Next, the bathroom light gets off n on on its own. Next, a lot of mosquitoes, no prevention given. We have to ask for the spray, Next, such a glamour hotel huge room, no hair-dryer provided. I have to walk to the spa to borrow the dryer. So pathetic. How to Recommend in the future???
