Kamar cukup luas.Kamar bersih. Saya akan menginap disana lagi dan akan merekomendasikan hotel ini, terutama jika membawa anak kecil, ada kamar studio yang cukup luas. Tempat tidur berukuran luas.
Tempat sampah terlalu kecil sekali. Makanan kurang variatif. TEpmat tenang, dan di daerah benoa ini banyak makanan yang di jual diluaran. Water sport oke!! Pantai bersih

Inadequate customer service

Inadequate customer service
We arrived at about 1:45 pm and was told our room was not ready when we arrived and that we had to wait for 10 minutes. Nobody came to tell us anything for the next 15-20 minutes so I approached the reception; room was still not ready and we were told to wait for another 5 minutes. Good customer service would let the guests know how long the wait is going to be and suggest suitable activities; in this case, they could ask if we had had lunch and asked if we wanted to have lunch first. So first contact with hotel was not very positive because they appeared to lack understanding of hospitality.
On the third day, we were also kept waiting for our tour driver. We had turned up at the lobby on time and were just told to wait. They saw us wait there and said nothing to us about why the driver was late or how long the wait was going to be.
On two occasions, we forgot to sign our bill and as we were walking out of the area, the hotel staff called out to us to go back and sign the bill; good customer service would walk briskly to the guest with the bill; we were after all only about 5 metres away from the staff!
Food/Breakfast
Breakfast provided in hotel is just so-so.
We ate twice in the hotel; both times the food was just passable. The restaurant was often empty during lunch and dinner.
Beach and amenities
The resort is next to a beach, but this beach has too much seaweed and debris/rubbish for one to swim or sit in the surf. The beach here (Tanjong Benoa) also has too many boats so it's not suitable for swimming anyway. The large number of boats and jet-skis means you often smell diesel in the air, but you do get to see plenty of action in the sea - paragliders, people on banana boats, jet-skiers etc.
In terms of amenities, Bali Khama only has a pool and a spa; no gym, no games room.
Room
Our room had a plunge pool, but we seldom used it because there were many particles in the water. The terrace was very small and maybe that's the reason there were no deck chairs. Building is constructed such that the area is sheltered from sun for most part of the day so sun-tanning on the terrace or in plunge pool is not really possible.

A nice hotel-not worth the star rating,but good value if you can get a "deal".Just missed out on a few "details"..Breakfast just OK (would have loved fresh juice).Music by pool far too "heavy metal" in the mornings.Towels were not white-very grey and thin.Aircon leaked (even after being repaired twice).But-great location and great pool.Rooms large and clean.
