The room we had was huge, breakfast was good, and the scenery outside our room was very cool. There were rice paddies right outside our room and also a man plowing his field with an ox. It was about a 15 minute walk to the monkey forest and there were many restaurants within a 25 minute walk.

First of all the lights in the room were very dim. The bedside light was not working.
Basically the whole place needs a make over. Most The security is a concern as the room door only have a simple padlock. Anybody can walk up to your room from the street thru' the side walkway. Can't say much about the breakfast provided. The 4 star rating on Asian Rooms website is misleading. It should be 2 star instead.

This hotel was well below expectations and the star rating given by Asia rooms. The room was very ordinary indeed as were the facilities overall. The pictures shown on the website are inaccurate also.

We stayed 2 days in Panorama and I feel that this hotel was better than what I had expected. The hotel room was big enough and very spaces. The breakfast chooses were very limited, just rice, pancake & coffee/tea, that's all. Anyway, the staff there were very friendly and the swimming pool was very well maintenance. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this hotel.

Location : Fairly good. About 25 mins to the Ubud wet market or Monkey Forest. However, walking distance to many shops.
Room : I took the deluxe room and it was pretty large. The front of the room overlooking across paddy fields. However, the view of the paddy field was obstructed by ongoing construction of 3-4 large buildings. Otherwise, the atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. Aircon was just cool enough. TV reception poor. The room door has no proper lock!! and we felt very unsafe.
Bed Sheets/covers: They were obviously very old. Although they were just from the cleaners, were brownish and my wife got some rashes on her face the next day..we suspected that it was due to the bed sheets!! Although I did not have rashes, I felt very uncomfortable sleeping under the sheets.
Lighting : Both the room and bathroom lighting were very dim. Be better with extra wattage.
Bathroom : The water pressure to the shower was weak. and shower head has to be hand held. The coat of paint was old and peeling in some places.
Service: The stall were all very friendly and speaks good english. Breakfast is what is expected given the budget status of the hotel.
Conclusion : I would not go there again.

Really enjoyed our stay, location good, nice outlook over rice paddocks. The only problem was work going on in front of the units, this will definately ruin the view and the outlook.
Lovely big room, 4 poster bed a nice touch. Also appretiated the electic jug. Very clean and well maintained.
Facilities nice, swimming pool good, breakfast and food good.

I stayed here for only 2 nights....
I stayed here for only 2 nights. I checked in around 8pm on my arrival. The lighting at hotel lobby was poor. They use dim yellow bulb. I felt unconfortable from the moment I stepped in.. the environment is just not bright enough. We were leaded by the staffs to our rooms, if not, I may fall into the fish pond, as I can barely see in the dark. Worst thing is the lighting in the room are the same, very poor in such a BIG room. My friend & I have an uneasy feeling, it makes us think of "Haunted House". I stayed at the 1st floor which suppose to have a better view. I was told by my friends (staying at downstair) that they can see me from the pathway outside my room, even I put the curtain down. It was a very thin layer of curtain which don't provide any privacy to the guest. I felt so ashamed as I don't notice people can see us from outside.... During our stay, there were some construction work carried out at the back of the hotel, which eventually will block the nice paddy view. The tiles in the swimming pool are defective. My friends & I were "scratched" by the sharp tiles while we rest at the side.. I really hope Panorama Hotel can improve in all these bad points I mentioned. Besides all the above, the view from rooms (so far..), staff services & location are all fine to us.

The best thing of this hotel is, it is very close to paddy field, you can enjoy the nice view out from your room. The room is quite okay, with 2 complimentary mineral bottle provided daily and quite a comfortable bed. I like the atmosphere in this hotel as you really and enjoy the typical Bali village feeling in Ubud. The bad thing is only the free breakfast don’t have much option for you to choose and it is just a very very simple breakfast. One of the receptionist doesn’t look friendly too as he keep on like to give you a fake info, example like urge you take his hotel taxi, his hotel taxi with higher $$ compare to you get from outside. I don’t like this guy! When I asking him about my breakfast coupon, he was lying me again by asking me “ why you didn’t get from asianrooms when you booking the hotel? “ Funny! End up, next day I only find out we can take the breakfast without coupon but this already caused me have bad impression on him!
