2011 all seems the same as review of 2008. Booked 2 nights .. stayed 1! Wanted to leave within 1 hr! Bathroom dirty, lighting dim, no english tv channels (for after kids are in bed), door and windows don't close properly (= mozzies), no phone, no room service. Food very average in small portions. Pool was the highlight but small. Put my large complaint in to management and apparently they are "working on it". Renovations all around! Not peaceful .. not relaxing. Not child friendly. Looks beautiful in photos .. but it looks nothing like that! Very disappointed!

They use high school students to do work there [maybe hospitality industry training courses] ... The next morning I went out of my room to take some photos ... on my return there were 4 students in my room cleaning and making bed ... they had removed all my stuff ... I had until 12:00 to check out ... but I moved out immediately ... Breakfast is part of accomodation ... dont order eggs [omelette] ... they will give you yesterday's left over ...

big room but old style
the place is old but have design,room is big but not so many rice paddy view ,just a square only very quite, is a place for relaxing.the breakfast not much attractive and the payment service not good.

Bed sheets not clean very likely already used. Old building and mouldy walls. Far too expensive for the quality offered compared to what I have seen elsewhere at Ubud and Bali in general.

Don't do it
The bathroom was dirty, the door did close properly which allowed mosquitoes to enter the room freely and the breakfast was minimal. For instance the "American Breakfast" was to flattened fried eggs, though I asked for them cooked soft, and the piece of ham (which was not really ham), was about the size of a book of matches, wafer thin and as dry as a piece of Beef Jerky. I moved out after the first day.

Don't choose Panorama, Bali
This hotel is lack of maintainence. Everything in the room looks too old to be in use.
When we requested to have an additional blanket, the staff have to find it out from a pile of messy.
The breakfast set is not enough for us. when we asked for a piece of additional toasted bread, the charge is USD2.
I will never go to stay in this hotel.

the only positive side of the room...
the only positive side of the room was the space, lots of it... even too much, the room looked empty indeed. it stinck, and the bathroom was in poor conditions, shower not working really good, floor, ceiling and walls were dirty.

The room we had was huge, breakfast...
The room we had was huge, breakfast was good, and the scenery outside our room was very cool. There were rice paddies right outside our room and also a man plowing his field with an ox. It was about a 15 minute walk to the monkey forest and there were many restaurants within a 25 minute walk.

First of all the lights in the...
First of all the lights in the room were very dim. The bedside light was not working. Basically the whole place needs a make over. Most The security is a concern as the room door only have a simple padlock. Anybody can walk up to your room from the street thru' the side walkway. Can't say much about the breakfast provided. The 4 star rating on Asian Rooms website is misleading. It should be 2 star instead.
