I enjoyed my stay there. Looking for shopping in the ImamBonjol and the Diponegoro it was a perfect location. The only one think I really missed was more than less English speaking staff. It was really difficult to communicate. And I don't like to provoke a missunderstanding. In my opinion it is the responsibility of the hotel owner to finance English courses for his staff! It is not about the staff when they are not able to speak a better English. But perhaps the Taman Suci doesn't define itself as an international Hotel?

You advertised a hotel close to the airport. It was over 35 minutes drive!!! We ordered a double bed, we got two single! There was hair on the sheets, and the bed linen was dirty. Although, there was hot water and aircon, and a buffet breakfast, which was a bonus for the price.
You should not advertise this hotel as being close to the airport as it is not!

This hotel in Kuta (Bali) was the worst hotel we stayed in our life - the mistake was ours - to book a hotel thru internet. One lady in reception was absolutely arrogant and had no manner at all - very rough to say the least.
The food was just bad but the worst thing was the rooms - shortage of water, frequent electricity failure.
No, I will not stay there ever nor I will recommend to stay there either.

The buffet breakfast should provide more choice of food
and the food should have to be changed or increased more especially the fruit.
There should have internet bar for guests'need.
I was unhappy to learn the complex...
I was unhappy to learn the complex had no pool area and the spa was always closed. Once I got over this I enjoyed the very helpful staff and the fact i was off the tourist strip, this made it great to come back to a non tourist packed hotel each evening.I was 8k's from Kuta and 15 to Sanur and the bus was just outside the door. I would stay there again but would request a room off the street side as the night traffic could become loud some nights.
