Need Improvement
Room is Okey. But the corridors, exteriors, and landscape, is really need renovation. We stayed at room 3201, the balcony was leaking of rainwater, so the balcony was wet (because those days were raining a lot), and the housekeeping staff did not touch the balcony.
We booked a 5 nights Amour package...
We booked a 5 nights Amour package as part of our honeymoon and we greatly regret our choice. Check-in process was stressful and included handbag search. The staff at reception was not familiar with the package we had booked so we started our stay but negotiating then waiting for 20 mins whilst they made photocopies of our booking voucher and printed our breakfast vouchers. We then spent most of our stay trying to obtain what had been sold to us. We finally made it to our room only to find out that we were located in the last concrete building, not quite what we expected based on the website. We are still waiting for the photoframe to be sent to our room....only we are back at home now (maybe the next guests will wonder why they have a photo of complete strangers in their room. Despite great facilities, we were very disappointed by the poor service.
