The Citta review
This place has pros and cons depending on what you are looking for. There was four people in our group wanting a relaxing break in Seminyak without spending a fortune. So it worked very well for us The villas looked beautiful on the surface and was impressed that there were only 6 villas in total making it a quite place to be. The villas are in need of a thorough clean, by Australian standard the cleanliness was poor. We only paid $200 USD per night however would be dissapointed if we were under the impression that it was a 4 or 5 star villa and paid more per night. The Villa was very spacious and open. The kitchen had very minimal utilities which could be something they could improve. Seminyak restaurants were a reasonable walk away but very easy to get in in the taxi. Bit too far of a walk from the beach if that is a requirement of your stay. The staff were pleasant, some had difficulty speaking english which made finding our way around the area difficult at times. Our room rate included breakfast but was very disappointed by the quality of food and was concerned by how unhygenic the kitchen looked where breakfast was prepared. In conclusion, if you do not have high expectations it is ok, beautiful gardens and pool, but don't expect a lot more.
