Great Atmosphere, Great Value for Money
Everithing was more than perfect. The staff was absolutely lovely and attentive to all our requests. The hotel is a little quite paradise just 10 min away from the noisy Ubud center, and it's very easy to get there by foot, bike or taxi for around 4 euros. Even the hotel was fully booked we rarely crossed anyone and that was perfect after long journeys into the caos for finding peace and rest.
We do recommend this hotel to all those travellers who are looking for authentic and genuine Bali atmosphere far away from the occidental patrons.

The entire property gives a bit of ancient glory, it needs some maintenance! Breakfast was very poor, on Bali not even fresh fruitdrinks in the morning and the bread was terrible. Everyone who works there is very friendly and the spa is good, especially the girls in the morning: what a strong pair of hands they have.

The pictures in website are deceiving
I was quite disappointed with the rooms. Our room was meant to be a verandah suite but it looked nothing like the pictures on the website. However they did clean the room everyday and clean linen and towels were provided. The toilet and shower looked a little Old , Dark and needed a clean make over. The furniture in room needs upgrading and a paintiing job. Overrall this hotel is good value for budget travellers however i would opt to pay a little more and get something of more quality like the Mansion hotel resort

Never again!
This was the worst place we've ever stayed in Bali. Don't trust the photos on the website, maybe it was taken a decade ago. Everything about this hotel is dingy and musty. Seems like nobody taken care of it well. One night during our stayed, the electricity went off for about 45mins!!, and for that no apologies from the management, they acted as if nothing happened. In our room there was no tv, they did not mention it clearly on their info, so we were badly disappointed. Their excuse for the tv non existent was to create a tranquility atmosphere, but during our stay, they let this bunch of other guests (malaysian families...if we were not mistaken) talking loud, screaming & laughing near our room until 1.30am, it was very annoying!. Plus the food is bad!. Anyway, this hotel was so not worth your money, there were many places nearby which have better services and value for your money, we were so relieved when we checked out and move to other hotel on our 3 nights of discomfort stay!

It's a lovely boutique resort, but...
D'Omah is very lovely (supposed to be), no wonder as Warwick Purser was the designer. Nice swimming pools surrounding with nice view. Location (Panestanan) are also not too far from Ubud, 10min with motorcycle/car.
The staff are also very helpful and friendly, however limited number of them made service esp. during breakfast took 30min/more (suggesting to have buffet, so faster for customers) and also cleanliness of the resort are not so good.
No complain from my husband, but my sensitive skin were rashes and itchy, I assume due to less pest control and some dust in our bedroom & verandah.
A large group stayed there and made a lot of noise day and night were made us disturbed. Other than that, we'll stay again at d'Omah, good value for money; and could be much better I may say if the maintenance are better taking care of.

The room stank
I won't go back to this hotel, even if they slashed their rates by half. The pillows and the headboard of the bed had an offensive smell - we had to place hand towels over them to sleep. And both the hand towels and bath towels looked like they had not been replaced from day one. They were frayed and had stains on them. The day bed also had a stench, as though the linen had not been washed for a very long time. The pool looked dirty, with dead leaves floating on the surface!
A pity because the staff were a lovely bunch of people. Anyone with contact to the owners should tell them to buy new pillows, towels and linen. And ensure the housekeeping department do a better job!
