Starlet Hotel ..!
It's always easy to criticize .. But there is a minimum for a hotel that wants to be starry ..
In my Bedroom No 225 :
- Air conditioning system without air intake .. only in the bathroom
- The mattress hard as a plank of wood
- no hot water after midnight
- A chair, but no coffee table
- Office chair of very poor quality, shaky
- Small TV old model
- remote control down.
- Tissue replaced by toilet paper
- Bathroom very large, but the room is narrow ..
- The pool is ridiculous with only 2 sun bed !
The hotel is isolated and located on a busy highway. ( by pass Ngurah rai )
The room rate is $ 60US rented without breakfast .. that is overpaying for the services offered.
Fortunately that the staff is very helpful
A 10 minute taxi drive from sanur Beach / centre. Do not count on walking there. Currently there is construction work on the new tower. Good hotel, especially for last minute deals which can be 65 USD a night.
Nice Hotel
We had a great stay at the hotel. We both had massages and they were amazing. We enjoyed our stay completely. Staff was really helpful with calling taxis and making sure our stay was comfortable. Very Clean. The only thing they were under constuction.
Still charged additional night even call up to delay check in.

the management still charged the full 4 nights even i have called up 2 times to delay check in. The staff confirmed that they will only charges the 3 nights but when the billed came i was forced to pay the full 4 nights of staying. this is a ripped -off!!
they simply say since I have booked 4 nights via asia room and i will need to claim it from them.
question: why they did not informed when I called 2 times to re-confirmed? I have asked specifically if there a charges and the staff confirmed no charges.
also the sewage system sucks!! there is funny smell coming from there. there is also not well maintain on the pest as there are ants all over the room.

Nice Hotel with connecting rooms for family. Location is not near shopping area, therefore need to travel longer compared to other hotel. Breakfast does not have a lot of choices. Staffs are very polite and friendly.

Great value.... nice pool... construction ongoing, dusty.... niteclub attached, sometimes noisey, high security presence... off the beaten track, must use transport to go anywhere... very modern room
Blue Eyes Night Club
The only good thing there was the Blue eyes night club, friendly, awesome people. 1st room was in aircon wasnt working and bathroom stunk. Moved to another room. Whilst moving my suitcase, it was broken. The staff were friendly but alot dont understand english to well. Booked through asia rooms but they tried to charge us more on arrival. Refused to pay and said i would go elsewhere. The breakfast food was all asian. Alot of chinese people staying at the hotel, we were the only people that were australian.So i guess the breakfast was great for them. Very pricy menu at restaurant. It was ok but wouldnt stay again.
Reasonable Price
Is reasonable price for this hotel accomodation.
Not really near to the city but is still worth it to stay there. But the air cond condition in the room was very bad. Very hot in the room even we on the air cond. All my friends rooms almost the same the room very hot. The b'fast in the hotel also normal & not much choices.

Don't have option in food for vegetarian people
