That's a good place for it's price....
That's a good place for it's price. The main is that you can easly access it from any direction without traffic jams, that are really terrible in Kuta during high seeson. So if you have a plan to rent a car or bike and spend most of time out of Kuta that's a perfect place for you. As for me i'have rented both car & bike. I used car to access surf spots and bali culture points and bike for driving to Kuta clubs at evening.

This hotel provided a perfectly acceptable short...
This hotel provided a perfectly acceptable short stay outside of the bustle of Kuta. Facilities were fine Air con worked a treat small pool nice room Staff were attentive and friendly

This hotel is the worst hotel i have been in for as long as i can remember. smelly the beds soft and dirty the bathroom stunk and on a very fast main road. no way

The Hotel is to far from Kuta...
The Hotel is to far from Kuta I was spending $10 AUD a day to get there and back. The pool had clorine put in it but the tiles where never cleaned they where black. The bathroom is to small and the shower and toilet are in the same section so every time you have a shower the toilet gets wet. The resturant has a large menu but 3/4 of it is not available like icecream or a sandwhich or even a burger by the pool.The breakfast is not real good either it is 1 egg on 1 toast with 2 pieces of water melon.I have been to Bali many times and if you pay a tiny bit more or book early in advance you get get something closer and better service. Oh and I forgot we are sure they had there families staying on the vacant rooms and the police can to search 2 rooms twice. My opinion dont stay here.

I stayed here for 3 weeks from...
I stayed here for 3 weeks from the end of june to mid July. (i did travel about whilst based at the hotel) I would recommend getting an upstairs room as these have more light and are quieter. The rooms are very clean and the upstairs room i stayed in had a nice powerful shower. The food in the restaurant was good and I ate there several nights. (I was able to use my laptop also as the WiFi service was good) The staff were outstanding always ready to help and provided extremely useful information. I am a single female travelling alone and had a great time in Bali partially due to the staffs assistance and personality. I was able to hire a motorbike and a car all from the hotel and they were delivered to me immediately, along with booking any boat trips or excursions from the hotel, much cheaper than i found looking around in Kuta. The manager, along with several staff spoke very good English and were always ready to help. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The down side was the location. It was about 1 mile from the beach, but hiring a motorbike solved this problem and the manager showed me the fastest route to the beach. (took 5-10 mins)I would definately stay here again, its excellent value for money with fantastic staff.
