We were pleased with our stay overall.
However, we were disappointed to find that we paid 21% more for the hotel because we booked it online with this site.
Better to just turn up or book direct with this hotels website.
As a long-time user of this site I didn't think they would allow this practice of gauging their clients.
Wonder if they'll publish this fact?

It is a very good hotel for budget travelers not too far from Kuta or Seminyak areas and offers all the convenience of an hotel apartment. The only problem is that they don't accept credit cards on the facilities because the manging office is 20 mn away so you have to pay in cash !!!

I would say that the apartment overall clean, spacious... & very good service from the staff there!!
Jus that the bathroom... sometimes the toilet bowl could nt flush properly...& the hot shower temperature not consistent.
If you want to avoid from the heavy traffic area (Kuta)... this would be a recommended place.. but if you re a beach person... then this may nt be for you!

the staff are great!!! Since traffic in Bali is no joke you will need to rent a scooter if you stay here. otherwise you will sit in traffic for a long time to get to either Kuta Beach, Legian and Seminyak.
This location is very near local stores and restaurants (walking distance). Kind of nice if you want to get away from all the young partying Aussies.
Internet is okay, bathroom is very clean. i stayed at other budget hotels ($30-$40/night) near beach Kuta & seminyak and the bathrooms were awful and rooms were small.
I arrived at 3am but check in is at 12noon. staff provided me with a room to sleep in until noon time with no charge. they are very kind and considerate.
Anyway this is a very clean hotel with good internet. If you want to be in the middle of all the action around Kuta beach and Legian this may not be for you.

Location: This hotel is terribly out of the way, it took me abt 6-7 mins to get to the beach on a scooter. It is impossible to go anywhere by foot.
Room: The room has a musty smell and a toilet which leaks (even though everything is spanking new. The sheets are old and stained. The only way to lock the main door from the inside is by using a key (I dun mean keycards, yes they still use keys for their rooms). There are cooking facilities, but dun expect to get any fresh produce there, the only thing cookable sold there are instant noodles, if u want to cook bring ur own ingredients. Wireless internet is available, but not from the room as the signal is weak, you have to go to the pool
Staff: They were the only good thing about the place, they were extremely helpful, even helped me get a locksmith when i lost the bike key, and sent my laptop to the airport cos I left it there by mistake. An honest bunch of people.
Overall, there are better hotels along kuta beach, at a cheaper price. The upside is only if you NEED an apartment with 2 rooms, the price is pretty good.
Hotel is located far from beach. However...
Hotel is located far from beach. However we were aware of that when we booked the hotel and have no problem with it since we have hired driver.
Hotel looks new but there are some wear and tear in the 2 bedroom apartment. Common bathroom leaks and master bedroom aircon not functioning properly. However the staff repair the aircon immediately when we complained though it took them time to solve it. Did not bother to complain about the leaking.
Management should look into the hot shower. It's extremely inconvenient when there's six of us wanting to shower at the same time. Though we have 2 bathrooms but the boiler can cater to 1 person at a time with 5 minutes wait before the next shower or both would end up with cold shower midway if shower at the same time.
Those are the slight inconveniences. Otherwise everything is good in the Hotel. Staff response is fast.
