broken glass
I chose Aston Kuta because the brand name is familiar since I travelled in Hawaii. But I was disappointed a little. Facilities looked much like a motel in a big city. It seemed to me the hotel room charge was expensive compared to the facilities and qualities of service. When I checked out the staff charged Rp 80,000 for a broken glass in the bathroom. It was easy to be fragile and it was not a new one. Does it cost Rp. 80,000? I paid 80,000 for the taxi from Kuta to Tanjung Benoa. I paid Rp. 80,000 for a meal. A used glass deserve a meal?
Strange policy. I've travelled many countries and I've used a lot of hotels, but they didn't charge a broken glass. I can't understand the strange policy.
