Below expectation
Receptionist was not friendly and not helpful during check in. Sub standard services when we see them serving welcome drink on next day. During our check in it was a hush hush get registration. Food is not matching the 5* standard. The lady chef who is managing waffer and Soup noodle stall was delivering very poor service! To conclude with I am dissapointed with the level of service delivery as 5* hotel. Nice Facility but not worth spending.
