everything were fine but
room was fantastic. i took the suite, it comes with bath tub, nice toilet, big bed and a nice small living room area with LCD tv. my room was at first floor, swimming pool is right at your door step. one thing bad about first level rooms - people might just take up your seats outside your room and make noise while you are sleeping.
staff there are bit slow. they might take longer time than usual to get back to you. i was quite disappointed at the last day when i check out. they dn smile to you when they know you are checking out. they dont help you for the baggage. u might need to do everything on your own when you check out.
but overall is a nice hotel. try to compare the price booking thru asia rooms and the hotel itself. i realised that booking thru asia rooms are cheaper.

We arrived at the hotel after a12 hour transit to be told they don't have a booking for us, but were told that we could have a room if we changed rooms the following day. Was told the reason our booking had not come through was we only made our booking whilst sitting at the reception desk! I told them that I had booked 3 months earlier and that we were to busy to change rooms the following day. Being extremely tired and frustrated after trying to check in after one and a half hours I took thee room and said we will be leaving in the morning, I was then told I would have to pay a cancellation fee which infuriated me as I can't be charged that if I have no booking.
Get to room dying for a cold drink and there is no fridge! Go back to reception
Where I am told they will bring one. 20 minutes later they arrive with fridge, put it in cupboard upside down and leave! No Mimi bar! I open it half hour later and it doesn't work and smells like vomit!
Manager is extremely good but cannot be there 24/7. The next day he came and said he had heard about our problems and was willing to do anything to fix it. We were able to stay in our room.
Apart from poor check out everything ok. Pool has no sun chairs and tv reception terrible but we were never really in our room. Beds were comfy but shower was crap! U cannot stand under it have to hold it. Main bedroom can here waiting draining loudly all day and night.
Position is ok if u have a scooter with circle k just up sunset road.
I wont be going back but I must say the manager is great doing everything he can in a bad situation.

Nice and beautiful hotel
They have free shuttle bus to Kuta area at different intervals.
Location is quite far out from the beach and at least 10 mins walk to the nearest Carrefour.
Overall, a nice place to stay and relax. Would consider staying at this hotel next time!

In general, this is a good hotel and is well managed by its friendly staff. The suite we stayed in was spacious and clean (though we were given stained towels). The interior deco and furnishing was adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is situated along the main road, so getting is taxi is easy. There's also a convenience store and some inexpensive spas and cheap eats within walking distance of the hotel. Taxi ride to kuta takes about 10mins from this hotel.
However, we found the choice of breakfast lacking and generally salty which din't suit our taste.

The hotel is really lovely. It is beautifully decked out. Unfortunately there is not really any sunbaking facilities and the pool is in the shade.
Its location is on kind of a highway therefore not right in the heart but still very accessible.
The rooms are the best part. They are very modern and nicely furnished.
nice stay
have a very nice stay for 2 nights,location is good if u are not walking to the beach,room is clean,staff are friendly except a guy from the near pool restaurant which try to show how he try to save giving drinking water to us.

Staff were very friendly and polite and always willing to help.
