The Hotel was easy to get to from the Airport
The road in is really bad !! which is not unusal for asia
It would not be a problem but for the fact that you may go out 3-4 times a day
The Room was nice, Plumbing was unpredictable?
Food was Ok when You cant be fussed going out

Great place, but not so great location
Stayed for 5 nights over NYE and NY. hotel is 10 minutes from airport, but you need to travel atleast 1 Kilometre on the worst road ever. once in the hotel, staff is lovely, rooms are big and spacious ( we stayed in the deluxe room) and taxis are easily available upon request.
only thing we werent happy about was being forced to pay for NYE dinner. 100 dollars each.. and we got fried rice and chicken nuggets. just remember that if you are going to be staying there on NYE.

Another excellent stay
I have now stayed at the radiant hotel 2 times, both being only for one night while transiting in Bali. I first stayed here alone and found the service excellent, then when i returned with my partner, our room was upgraded, we recieved free foot massage in the morning, the food was again excellent, and the staff happy and helpful. this is a great stay if you are in transit as it is only ~1km from the airport. i'm not quite sure its walking distance to the beach though. still, overall rating fantastic and i would come back again.
Hot water supply for shower and access road leading to The Hotel
The hot water supply to the wash basin is fine. But for the shower room is not Ok. Just very mild luke warm water and the water pressure is far too low then expected. i was occupying room 218 and my children at 216. Both shower rooms experienced the same problem
The driveway or access leading to the Hotel with full of potholes requires urgent maintenance. We experince a very bumpy rides and definitely no good for any expecting women.
I paid cash rp when i checked in and your reception had forgotten to issue me the official receipt when I checked out on 25/11/2011 morning before 8.00am.

The Best Holiday Ever!
I loved this hotel! My 2 teenaged boys loved this hotel! We had a fab time and will definitely be coming back.
The staff are friendly and helpful and the beds were soooooooooo comfy I slept for 12 hours straight through the first night. It's a 10 minute trip from the airport and a ten minute walk into to town - breakfast was OK and we ate in the restaurant 1 night which was OK too.
I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, it's got all you need.

my short stay experience
We booked the hotel for two but unfortunately my wife could not join and I had to go alone. Right from beginning there was confusion regarding cancellation policy. While Asiarooms internet site indicated 7 days required for cancellation, I also got a mail from the Radiant hotel that their cancellation policy is 3 days before the date of arrival. When I wanted this clarified the person at the hotel confirmed with AsiaRooms to say that they would follow 7 days cancellation policy.
Next entering the hotel. The Reception lady was very pleasing and helpful. However she would only accept U S Dollars 100 dollar bills which are marked 2006 or later. The exchange rate they would use to pay in Indonesia Rupiah is rather high compared to the rate offered at the Airport. However if you would know how to make to the towncentre of Kuta or Legian one always would get a better rate and pay in Local currency.
The staff are generally friendly which included the minibus driver. The hotel layout is spacious and reminds us of colonial days luxury.
As my flight also was late in the night, the reception staff offered to take half the room rent and allow stay upto 6 pm, which was later cancelled due to them getting a complete booking. It worked out ok to stay near the swimming pool and I got myself lost in the internet as the system is only reasonably slow.

Great value for money!
We only stayed here for one night. Fantastic value for money. Good buffet breakfast too. Close to the airport so a great place to stay for the first night. a little bit away from Kuta etc. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The pools were nice too
Ok so this place is great!
They can pick you up from the airport.
Great TV, great bed and great shower.
The staff are wonderful and extremely helpfully.
Breakfast is a full on, pretty much anything you want they have.
A shullte bus will take you to the kuta city for free.
A free 10minute massage too. Short walk from supermarket and internet cafe. 3nights we stayed here was great.
But we stayed here again for our last night in bali, shower was a little dirty.
Overall defs stay here again.
Close to airport, great place to start or end your first holiday in Bali
Two lovely pools,one designed with very elegant surrounds.
Down a dark side street of about 400 metres, its a pleasant surprise at the end of the road.
Lovely staff, wonderful location if you want to be away from everything, or just winding down or gettting ready for Bali!
