Bad condition in the room
Our stay is on 17 May 2012 to 20 May 2012.We book two rooms
One of the room the air-cond is not functioning.We inform the reception.Around half an hour the technician come and check the air-cond and take out parts from the air-cond to wash.After washing the condition still the same,then he said need to check the out side,maybe have to fill in ion.After an hour the condition still the same and i call the reception again.This time the receptionist told me that the conditional in the room is normal.That makes me angry, and i told the receptionist i book to rooms,another room the temperature in different from my room,what do you mean my room like that is normal.You are cheating to me...So at the end , he send the same technician again to my room and the technician confirm my room air-cond is spoil but anyhow we have to stay one night there because the hotel is fully book.The whole process make us awake until 2am.The next day we change to another room with air-cond but no kettle and refrigerator but when we inform they send those thing to our room.On the third day, around 9 am, somebody knocking our door but we dare not to open because when we see out from the mirror, i saw one local guy which is not the hotel people.

Greta hotel. The buffet was excellent, The customer service was amazing! The front desk women upgraded my room for free and was even willing to get her friend to drive me to Legian so I wouldnt have to take a taxi! The ac was just a little weak but thats the only complaint. Its about a 10 minute walk to major shopping areas but no problem on a warm day. For the price I would stay here again.
I was staying here for 3 nights, the hotel is good. But I recommend you to rent a car or motorbike since the location is quite far from the crowd.

The hotel was clean and no problems with TV or air conditioner. decor was nice as well. Breakfast had a decent choice and staff were prompt and helpful. Tea and coffee making facility in the room which was good and not always there in Asia. All up Best Western was excellent value for money.
4 Day Stay
Pretty good room, had the delux and found it to be good. What I expected for the money.
Good Points:
Free ice buckets. A must as the fridge was pretty average. But worked.
Nice People, nice clean common areas, good food.
Only 30k rp into and out of town. (Discovery mall)
Circle K across road.
Bad Points:
Bit out of the way. Ok for taxi but not very well lit for walking at night.
Some of the taxi's didn't know where it was.
Aircon in room was sub average.
Constant dripping water sound it the wall. Bit annoying at night. Admittantly it was a very wet trip.

Nice & Comfort
Receptions are very friendly and helpfull, The rooms is clean, bathroom very clean with hot water on shower and i like it.. The AC are not cool and a little bit noysi.
i have a great breakfast, the menu are very complite, from asian test until western. with all u can eat sistem u can eat until your stomach fuull hahaaa.
The pool is clean and cozy.

nice view
This is the second time staying at this hotel I stay here for a specific reason as it is close to Balinese friends. I was a little disappointed this time as the floor I was staying on was a smoke free area but my room had such a strong smell of smoke that took a couple of days to disappear, also the floor boarding needs replacing but overall I like this hotel everyone is very friendly and helpful and the pool is fantastic always chairs available, will stay here again.
fair price, good friendly staff, would use again
very near to kuta beach and they offer a free shuttle to Centro mall that only takes minutes. fairly clean accomadation and very friendly staff, we had a good variety of food for breakfast and very comfortable bed
