PROMPT TO MAKE IT RIGHT FOR YOU
Great stay ! Staff very friendly, the two managers very on-the-job, they listened to our "complaints" and will take actions almost immediately, one of the names is Mr Yoga. This is very crucial because all hotels will have problems, it is a matter of how fast the staff react to solve the problem for you. Our air-con was not cold enough, they fixed it when we went out and it was cold when we came back. The water pressure was low, fix it too. The pillow smelt like it had not been washed or changed, given fresh pillows. Mosquitoes, their routine is twice a month, happen once during our stay, but rained later in the night, and the next morning we expressed that we were worried that the rain could have washed away the effect, well...they fog again the same day. The hotel compound not so big, thus not so difficult to re-fog. The gym was under renovation, but its OK for us. Rur rooms were just next to the pool...great. Room is big, bathroom big. The wifi free in lobby and cafe, but cos the compound not so big, we get the network in room also, great. The location, about 10mins free shuttle to Sanur beach and shopping. A taxi to Legian, another shopping streets and pubs more for below 30 years old, take about 30mins and taxi cost about 100,000rupiah, about SGD15. Hotel breakfast, not buffet and only 3 selection, but they cook fresh when you order, so good enough. TV, very very limited channels, but OK for us cos we are out most of the time, so it does not really matter, but if hotel can improve on this, will up one more. overall hotel stay, fantastic, very personal touch. Very definitely stay again.
Our best stay in Sanur.
Our first hotel stay in Bali and we decided to come back for our last day before we leave Bali. I just want to highly recommend this hotel anyone who wants to stay in Sanur area. We had motorbike rented so that was easy to go anywhere. Hotel has free shuttle service at least 4 times a day to Sanur beach and to Sanur centre. Hotel has a lovely garden with clean pool but most important thing is they have the best staff all around Bali where we been and stay. Kindles and so helpful every request been solved quickly. Those Staff in this hotel all of them really exceptional people and want to say again a really BIG THANK YOU for them. Restaurant has a fantastic menu and I have to say they have the best Nasi Goreng what I had ever taste in Bali. Rooms are large and clean with large bathroom. Garden is big enough to relax and reed or whatever you wanna do there. Pool is not too big but really clean and lovely temperature had. We liked our stay with my wife really really much and we felt we stay in as part of big family. I would like to recommend highly this hotel Puri Maharani anyone who wants to stay out from very busy and noise streets. Spa and massage nice and clean so relaxing. Cooking class if you have chance to learn to cook Balinese traditional food just go because is amazing experience and really good fun.
Very nice hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean. The food in the restaurant is good. Swimmingpool a bit small.

Dear travellers! I can't enough very very highly recommend Puri Maharani Hotel. We spent 6 nights at this hotel but I have to say anytime again. Staffs are just perfect very warm welcoming every day and beautiful smile on their face and not the fake one if you know what I mean. Amazing garden, lovely sunny the pool is not to big but perfectly enough to chill out. Rooms are quit and really good aircon in with minibar and all hotel has reasonable price. Don't hesitate to try any special from the restaurant menu, all foods are tasty and traditionally cooked. If you have a chance just apply for cooking class, good fun and really usable.
So BIG BIG THANK YOU all of you guys you did really great job and I just hope to see you again soon.

During our trip through Bali we spent two nights at the Puri Maharani. It was just perfect - the service was great, everybody was very dedicated to help us organizing our stopover. Rooms clean, located directly at the pool, staff extremely friendly. Bit far away from Sanur (but they are offering free shuttle transfers during the whole day to the beach/Sanur). Breakfast was OK, dinner was also OK. Over all - very recommendable!

nice&friendly retreat in Bali
They do everything right... it is very well managed, has friendly and helpful staff... brief: everything you want with one exception... but I will talk about that later.
The garden, the swimming pool, the reception, the rooms are beautiful and really tasteful! No overloading, just simplicity and beauty.
Well there is another place where they kept it simple: breakfast. To find a hotel In Bali which does not serve a single fruit for breakfast... and the fruit juice though probably fresh served in a glass I can find in a canteen! I have not seen too many people eating there in the evening... I'm not astonished going through their breakfast... it is just not goo advertisement.
I would still return there... and do still recommend this hotel... improvements to their breakfast could be so easily achieved... because everything else, even the Mi Goreng they serve for breakfast was delicious.

was late on checkin so had to eat around 11pm not a problem the staff were great the food great and the rooms fantastic little out of sanur but free shuttle nothing aruond hotel within walking distance but quite ,clean and accomadating staff

It was a beautiful new hotel. Staff was very friendly, English was sometimes difficult. Location is not very central. It's near Denpasar, 15 minutes drive to Sanur central. 3 times per day a shuttle service to Sanur and Denpasar was good. The rooms next to the pool where very very nice!!! Breakfast was good and other foods where also nice. Hot stone massage was great for relaxing! maybe a bit more expensive than in the city, but better!!!

The hotel was very new and clean and nice, but it was not close to anything. You had to take a cab to Sanur Beach to go for supper or to the beach. They did offer a free shuttle once a day though. Breakfast was fine and the pool are was really nice. Fine for a couple of days.
My main for reason for staying at...
My main for reason for staying at this hotel was the ad listed steam bath and sauna in the facilities, but they were not !!! and the location was not as close to the beach as promised... nice people, as usual in thailand...........
