Poor management

im quite dissapointed with the management of the hotel as they did not handle the problem which they themselve made professionally. I had booked 2 rooms for 1 night at the hotel but when we arrived, they only had 1 room available for us. So they actually told us that another room will only be available at another hotel of theirs which was not near to the one we booked. We did not want to be separated as we came as 1 family. The worse part was, if we decide to stay at the other room, we had to bear the transportation cost which was really ridiculous because it was mainly their fault. so in order not to be separated, 2 of our family members had to sleep on the floor, only pillow and bedsheet given. This time around, the management told us that we had to pay additional 100 000 rph for the pillows and bedsheets/. Luckily the receptionist boy talk to their bosses / management and finally we only had 1 room with extra pillow without extra charges, but we to sleep at the floor. Seriously, this is the worse experience ever and i will never ever come back to the hotel again.... really very unprofessional in management crisis. :(

We have the deluxe room as it is larger in size and it comes with a kitchenett. Unfortunately, there are no cooking utensil available, just a 2 burner stove and a kitchen sink cum wash basin as there are no wash basin in the bathroom. We asked and were given 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 small pot without cover, 2 different plates, 2 forks and 2 spoons.
Now the redeaming part of our stay is the free wifi and 1 powerful aircon that is able to cool 44sq meter area, which is about the size of 2 bedrooms. There is also a water dispenser with hot and cold water which comes in real handy with our cup noodles since we are unable to do any cooking.
Service staff is friendly. They were able to order a car and driver for us at a reasonable rate for the day and we went to do some errands and a tour of Ubud.
The location is residential, definately not for tourist. A 15 min walk to the main drag is the supermarket, banks, starbucks, restaurants, shops.
