Our stay was a complete disaster :
1. far from main street but no green village background (only houses and small paddy field)
2. No tourist information and services (shuttles, maps, programme etc)
3. Very expensive compare to the services (they even charged 3% for credit card and applied very high exhange rate)
4. There are only two type of Breakfast : no buffet after 4th day we stopped eating there
5. Missing dishes, stove and everything else(they gave two plates/forks/cups etc for 4 persons appart !?!)
6. No baby cot, no take away breakfast, poor internet connection, very electrical dissruption.

We received your review on AsiaRooms posted in August 2010 in which this is really appreciated. Since then, there were quite a lot of improvements we have been doing to meet guests’ expectations. Yet, we understand that our hotel was being closely to completions at time you were staying with us.
As to your comments, we can clarify the followings:
1. Far from main street but no green village background (only houses and small paddy field).
The distance from our hotel to the Kerobokan main street is an approximate 5-minute drive by car and a 10-minute drive to popular Seminyak area. Distances surely depend on traffic condition.
Like yours, we would love the hotel to be surrounded by villages or nature views such as panoramic rice fields. However, the developments of the surrounding environments onto villas and buildings could be impossibly controlled by our side.
2. No tourist information and services (shuttles, maps, programme etc)
Tourist information is available on brochures. Our staff can help organize the desired tours to the providers on behalf of yours. Alternatively, guests can organize themselves.
3. Very expensive compare to the services (they even charged 3% for credit card and applied very high exhange rate).
As to the 3% surcharge on credit card, it is only applicable to American Express card type. We do also accept other major credit cards; MasterCard and Visa with however no surcharges applicable. Exchange rates applied are based on referral bank providing information of the currencies.
4. There are only two type of Breakfast : no buffet after 4th day we stopped eating there.
Variations on breakfast are pretty much improved at our hotel. Other menus for lunch and dinner are also available and vary. Guests can have options of menu during their stay.

All units are equipped with kitchen area each, consisting of an electric stove and a kettle jug. Cutleries are improved and are available according to numbers of persons staying in the unit.
6. No baby cot, no take away breakfast, poor internet connection, very electrical dissruption.
Baby cots are available and are set up in the room with a request to the hotel in advance. Internet connection is improved and is now supported by a new provider that provides a fast internet connection (Wi-Fi) to our guests during the stay. Guests can also take their breakfast away due to early flights upon check-out or early tours. The request can addressed to our restaurant or Front Office before hand.
