Fabulous Find
We had 7 great nights at Jas Villas, staying in the villa named "Kintamarni' and we loved it. We travelled with another couple and we are planning to return next year. The villas are in a fabulous location, clean, close to everything, well appointed and the staff are most helpful. Good variety for the breakfast which is delivered hot every morning and the open air showers are wonderful.
great family holiday
we stayed at the jas villas for 5 nights. The villa was new and very clean, with 2 very big spacious bedrooms. the bathrooms were lovely and the kids really enjoyed having a biog bath each night. Unfortunately there was a slight sewage smell when you turned the water on for a shower or the sink but otherwise they were very clean and modern.
Breakfast always arrived on time to the villa each morning having put our order in the night before, sometimes it was a bit cold but there was a microwave in the villa so we could heat it up. The pool was small but the very deep and the kids loved jumping in.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and i would definitely recommend these villas to friends.

Great Place To Stay
We stayed at the Jas Villas recently. There was myself and my husband and another couple. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and attentive. The Villa was lovely and clean and we loved the fact that it had a pool as we used it heaps in the hot weather. The breakfast was lovely with a fantastic variety.

The staff at the JasV illas are very accommodating from the very start, they arranged for a VIP entry into the country as well as to be picked up, if I had any concerns I would email the villas prior to my trip and Ari and Eddi would help me. The villas are wonderful my only negative was the airconditioning wasn't as cold as I would like but at the end of the day they would cool us. Breakfast was wonderful a very nice menu to choose from. I would be very happy to stay there again.

it was fantastic the accomadtion was perfect staff were overly friendly and do anything for you! they were amazing with our children and happy to help with anything!
location was great to, just down the ally was a great strip of restraunts!
we also made use of the driver as he was so friendly and took us only to the best spots to change our money! and half day of driving was only 300 thousand rupia!
we will be back for sure! =)

Great new 2 bedroom pool villa
New, Clean & good value for money for a 2 bedroom villa. Basic amenities, big fridge, breakfast good & delivered to room still hot. Great position off Jl Laksamana main road where all the restaurants are in Seminyak. Would stay there again.

Our Stay at Jas Villas was one to remember, the staff were so friendly it felt like a home away from home. The Villa rooms were immaculately presented and the airconditioning was in perfect working order, the villa was supplied with mosquito spray and burners however the mosquitoes realy wernt a problem. The supplied breakfast was delivered to our room each mornign at a chosen time :). The staff were more than willing to call and book tours for us.... what more can I say it was a lovely stay :)
Great start to a great holiday!!
When we arrived in Bali late in the afternoon we were exhausted and just wanted to get to our villa. Even though the villas driver was late in picking us up from the airport we didn't mind too much. All was soon forgiven when we checked into our newly built 2 bedroom villa. We booked our villa when The Jas Villas were having a sale and were pleased to see that everything on the asia rooms website was correct. The rooms were spotless, as were the outdoor bathrooms. The staff are only too happy to help in any way, from stocking the fridge with extra drinks each day to driving us to local shops and restaurants. The villas are a little hard to find, even for some of the local taxi drivers but you soon get used to walking the 200metres to the main road. We really enjoyed a relaxing start to our holiday at The Jas Villas and would gladly recommend a stay there to family and friends. I've been to Bali more than 10 times so I know good value for money accomodation from tired out of date over priced hotels. Good job Jas Villas. See you again soon.
