We made a booking and received a confirmation of our booking and used a creditcard to "guarantee our booking". However, when we arrived at the hotel the hotel was fully booked, and the manager made a booking at another hotel for us and tried to convince us this hotel was better value for money. It took us more than an hour to be guided to the hotel with our own rented car, because the delay we were just too late to bring back the car and had to rent it an extra day. The week before i stayed at the same (Kusuma resort) hotel, these rooms were nice and clean, but the rooms in the other hote (Puri Saron)l we were transferred to were worn out and not clean at all (especially the bathrooms were dirty and worn out) . Since we only stayed there overnight the day before we left to the airport we decided to stay in the hotel, but we would defintily don't go back there and wouldn't recommend it to others.
I visit Bali twice a year for my work and this is the worst experience i ever had in a Balinese hotel.
