Not great
Rooms very close together and you could hear people speaking in the hall and puffing in the pool. No privacy, people swim past and look into room - no tinted windows. Pool attendants walk on verandah to tend pool and garden and always seem to be looking into the room. Seems like about 50 rooms look down on your verandah (we had a pool access room - walk straight into pool) Best room to get is 3105 as at end of row and only has neighbour on one side.
Breakfast is very nice and has pancakes and waffles. Staff were lovely and polite. Position is right next door to Hardys so close to restruants and street shops, bit of a walk to beach but we caught taxi so not too bad.
I will never stay there again, as there are a lot nicer hotels around for a lot less money.

This is a fairly new hotel. The staff are excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable and facilities are very good. It is in a great position with good restaurants and shopping close by. The beach is 5-7 minutes walk away, and, unlike Kuta, it is not crowded and there are few hawkers. It is on the wrong side for surf so the water is calm and relaxing.
Only cons ... the hotel can be a little noisy, and you cannot borrow a bottle opener so if you want a beer in your room you have to call for someone to come and open each bottle ..or BYO :)

Wonderful for Family with Teenagers
The resort is centrally located, beach is 7 minutes walk and shopping centre (Hardy) is next door yet the resort is surprising quiet. Having the shopping centre close by is very handy, everything you need is there. Money exchangers are everywhere but I went to the ones the resort had recommended, general rule - count your money before you leave the premises. There are lots of different restaurants to cater everyone's taste bud. Pampering yourself is a must in Bali, from head to toes...you may choose what type of massages you wish to have, from traditional Balinese, Thai or Shiatsu...you can enjoy sightseeing during the day and have your massage at night, way to end your day. We were so lucky to have a driver/tourist guide who we contracted by the time we landed and till the day we left Bali. There were lot of drivers who tried to deal with us but we chose one who looks decent, not agressive and honest who gave us good rate instant. Although bargaining is part of tradition, I prefer reasonable and honesty. Rate is very reasonable and comparable to what we have read ($45-$50 per day for 10 hours). Sanur beach is not too bad. We went and see the famous Kuta Beach, very disappointed it is very dirty. Nusa Dua is wonderful for water sports.
Finally, we thank the resort for accomodating us warmly esp on our last day. Check out is 12:00pm but our flight back home is 10:00pm, they kept our luggage, use the pool and was given a room to shower before we head to the airport at 6:30pm. All staff were wonderful...thank you all very much...

Great for families & groups
We booked a family duplex, which was perfect for our family of 5. All of us could sleep comfortably. The pool was small but good enough for splashing about. Hotel is in a good location in terms of food, tours and shopping. It's right next to Hardy's supermarket.
Only downside is that the breakfast selection is small and the beach is a good 10 - 15 minutes walk. But other than that our stay was perfect and I would definitely come back the next time I visit Bali.

Nice new hotel but I would not stay there again. As being a couple we did not find the hotel enjoyable the rooms do not have enough soft furnishing in so therefore everything echoed plus people jumping into the lagoon noisely late at night not very relaxing. When we arrived at the hotel we went to put our cloths away and found out there is no draws or shelves in the room to put cloths away. Plus if you want a soft poached egg for breakfast forget about it it will not happen.Hotel is more suited for families. The staff are young and vibrant and very helpful they will go out of there way for you if you are young and a family stay but if you are mature overlook this hotel.
Affordable luxury Sanur
Very Good value at 50% discount. Strange musty smell, yet very new building. Good location in centre of shops , only short taxi ride to beach.
Executive poolside rooms are great but upstairs verandahs look to be enclosed by wooden bird cages. Bedside lamps give poor reading light. Poor drainage of shower . Very polite and caring staff. Good selection of different food for buffet breakfast.

Friendliest Staff Ever
The staff at this hotel are so friendly and smiley - no matter what time of day. We checked in after midnight and got a very warm welcome along with a glass of juice. They made our stay at this hotel a real pleasure.
The buffet breakfast was good and we were provided with a decent choice of mainly Asian hot dishes but there was plenty of fruit, yoghurt, cereal etc for the less adventurous.
We stayed in a deluxe ground floor room which had its own patio, sun loungers and access to the swimming pool. Whilst this was brilliant, my only criticism of the hotel would be that the ground floor rooms are very dark as you cannot have the thick wooden blinds open during the day or there's no privacy. Additionally, the room got very damp and smelled of mildew unless the AC unit was left on drying mode continuously.

Nice service and excellent food
First time I arrive at this hotel on 29th Aug 2011, the first thing attract me is it is located in the middle of sanur shopping area. A lot cafe, bar, shops are opened along the way. We can just walk outside the hotel and find bar or any international cuisine.
When I step inside, I found the hotel is just opened, the rooms are clean..the breakfast menu and food are excellent with friendly staffs servicing us.
The furniture all are made of wood give us the image like staying in a cottage, however the furniture is not so luxurious. One major drawback of this hotel is the shower and the water.
But overall the hotel gives me and my family excellent services. Thanks Asian room to help me find this nice and excellent hotel with the very best price.
