Friendly Staffsss
excellent place to stay for family
excellent place to stay. I was there for the Bali Marathon. Everything about the hotel is excellent especially at the great price that we paid. although it's not by the Kuta Beach...but it only takes about 10-15mins to the beach by cab or if you're adventurous, you can rent a scooter for Indonesian rupiah 70,000 for 24 hours which is absolutely cheap! you can go anywhere around town with the scooter which is a lot cheaper than getting a cab. All of the hotel staff were very warm and friendly. They even helped me find a scooter for rent. All in all, it was a pleasant place to stay for family since it's not by the famous beach where it's crowded and noisy.
Excellent Value for Money
The staff provided exceptional service! Eveywhere you go, there'll be one smiling face that will be offering you warmth and comfort. Anything you need, they'll go out to help you with. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Bathroom was also very nice. A very nice view of the hotel's pool from the restaurant. Well designed pool. Affordable price for excellent service! Plus very accessible to the airport and main areas of Bali. I would recommend it.

This the first time i stay in to Mercure. The accommodation is worth to the pay out I did n over my expectation . The room in clean . Defenately will be back here soon to Bali !!!!!
Close to Airport
Best worth the money
Excellent clean rooms, 5 star quality with 3 star price. Best location close to airport and Kuta shops and beach.
