New, clean and close to the beach
We stayed with 3 people in a juniorsuite, which was okay, but a bit small. Anyway the room was clean, everything except one plug worked. We had enough room for storing clothes and two TVs.
The rooftop pool is great and towels are always supplied.
The only downer was the noise in the morning. It was hard to get any sleep after 9 am. Plus the staff sometimes seemde a bit disorientated, but stayed friendly at all times.

Simple hotel near the Kuta Beach
Hope the hotel will improve the quality of the food and the quality of the room facilities. Need the wifi connections more strong signal too.
Season traveler or first timers
Having been to Bali over 25 times and stayed at many hotels i must say the Best Western was excellent.
Although not a "traditional" style of Bali hotel with gardens and swim up pool bar etc, the Best Western offers in Quiet off street location, excellent food and service in an modern clean and friendly hotel. Room come with all facilities and needs like fridge, air con, tv and free wifi.
Situated in the middle between Legion and Kuta beach offers easy walking distance to shops,beach, nite life and restaurants.
Wether a first timer or season Bali goer i would definatley recomend the Best Western for a well priced modern hotel to stay at.

Good hotel but no karaoke until 11 pm.
Facilities are good and up to date, good breakfast but be early to have a seat, staff friendly, all request handled ok.
Only one big annoyance, every evening until 11 pm karaoke noise in the rooftop bar from this hotel which penetrates into the hotel rooms. Just waiting in your bed until everybody has completed his/her version from "Rolling in the deep" (Adele).

You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. Certainly not a hotel to sit around and relax. The rooms are very small. Roof top pool with no umbrellas and no shade. Breakfast very ordinary.
Average
We were all females travelling with young children and booked three rooms and requested them to be all next to one another, when we arrived 2 of the rooms was on the same floor and a few rooms apart the third room was on another floor, was told by reception staff that they couldnt change our room as the hotel was booked out, we also organised airport pick up which we also didnt get. The breakfast was the same every day and not much of a variety the area was small and crowded and the staff was slow. Not the best of security either they never checked or scanned your bags when you entered the hotel. Overall the staff was friendly and the rooms clean.
Very Good
I was very satisfied with the hotel, the location is very good just 2 min walk to the beach. Also restaurants around the area and tourist information. The staff where very helpfull. Walking distance from the centre!! Would stay agian.
