Hotel Description
Jl. Hanoman is a long straight street in downtown Ubud. Starting at Jl. Raya Ubud, the main street in town and finishing at the turn off at Jl. Monkey Forest, Jl. Hanoman runs downhill past art shops, cafes temples and guesthouses. These homestays are family compounds complete with elaborate family temples. The families are usually living in the front section and the newer guestrooms are at the back, sometimes facing the rice fields that lie between Jl. Hanoman and Jl. Monkey Forest. For someone who arrives by Perama bus, you will be dropped off at the bottom of Jl. Hanoman. This makes finding affordable accommodation easy as the street has plenty of choice. Don't be afraid to check a few places out and bargain. Security is usually not a problem as the family is always around, breakfast is almost always included and check out times tend to be around 12 noon. Hanoman is the monkey god and his image can be found at temples along the street read moreAverage hotel rating
