family holiday bali
We had a great time here the staff were very friendly and helpful the whole time.
Food was lovely with good variety we became addicted to pool service!!!
The spa was divine so relaxing and the nail art beautiful.
This hotel is in a good spot for first time visitors close to waterbom park,discovery mall,markets and the beach.nice restaurant on the beach called the Boardwalk just past discovery good prices and great outlook.
We found a really great driver here straight out the front of the hotel called 'Wira' he was great fun knowledgeable lots of great ideas for trips and very reasonably priced.
Good location near the airport
stayed four nights on the way to Gili Trawagan withe my wife in this hotel,Good location near the airport and shopping centers and good restaurant.Forget about the beach it is really awful.The staff is so friendly also the manager her self greeted us so friendly,The pool is good and nice but some people swim with t shirts and long shorts which was so unclean way to use the pool even canoes was used.We stayed also one night after tow weeks in Trawaganin on our way to Bangkok and we find out a good surprise a fine new left has been erected so we don't have to climb to our room.All in all I recommend this friendly hotel.

Fair
Place is clean, pool is nice, restaurant is fair, but the place lacks this little something to make it unique. Nothing to criticise, but nothing to be amazed by.
Restaurant is very close to the road, making it quite noisy.
Not on the beach, really on the way to airport.
Was expecting a more family friendly hotel but we found the rooms to be dated, the lack of elevator and having to walk 2 flights of stairs (20 steps per flight) with luggage and a small child unacceptable.
Pool area lacked atmosphere and breakfast was inadequate.
Spa treatment was fantastic and staff were more than obliging as were some of the hotel reception staff.
Febri's Kuta Bali
We had a great family holiday here, staying for 2 weeks. Very helpful and friendly staff. Basic accommodation but kept very clean. Food in Hotel very good and great value for money. Complimentary Massage on arrival was lovely. For a 3 star hotel this has to be on top, will likely stay here again and would recommend.
Was to standard
it was standard accomodation most hotels had 24hrs pool service. found food too expensive. but music was really good in the eveneing.

The staff at the Febri's were very warm and friendly, always willing to accommodate all our requests. The rooms were clean with sheets and towels replaced daily. There was a good range to select from at the breakfast bar with a separate egg station - you could have everything from a fried egg to waffles. The lunch menue and evening menues where varied and reasonable priced. Evenings meals where accompanied with live music. The masseuse girls had the magic touch..Oh so good. The only grizzle I have - the sweeper started around 7:00-7:30 am - not ideal for a holiday sleepin.
